Smotrich is a religious zealot.

Smotrich has contempt for all Arabs, but particularly for the nomadic Bedouin, who have traversed the deserts of Arabia since before there were human settlements. (As the Bedouin like to say, all humans were at one point Bedouin.)

Smotrich’s radical views are shared by other members of Netanyahu’s cabinet, such as National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir.

Smotrich considers all non-Orthodox forms of Judaism to be a “fake religion,” and for years has been pursuing the establishment of Torah Law into the Israeli justice system.

This would codify theocracy into Israeli law, empowering rabbis to provide legally-enforced guidance on daily routines to citizens, such as how electricity should be used on the Sabbath (Saturday).

Torah Law could also potentially include a special set of laws for gentiles (non-Jews), called the Seven Laws of Noah from the Bible. This would include outlawing the “worship of idols,” which would presumably mean any non-Jewish religion, including Christianity.

Torah Law would effectively turn Israel into what Saudi Arabia use to be, and what Iran is now accused of being. An authoritarian theocracy.

In 2017, Smotrich published what he called “Israel’s Decisive Plan,” but is now more commonly referred to as “The Smotrich Doctrine.”

In it, Smotrich denounces the Two-State Solution as folly, and states in very direct language that the only path forward is for Israel to dismantle Palestine and either drive out the Arabs through military force, or invite them to stay as non-citizens of the Israeli state. (He does say that they may qualify for citizenship at some point in the future, if they prove their loyalty to the Jewish state.)

This thing reads like the Jewish Mien Kampf.

“There is only room for one expression of national self-determination west of the Jordan River: that of the Jewish nation.”

Smotrich specifies that the first step in eradicating the Palestinian state is to first invade its lands and construct illegal settlements under the protection of the IDF.

Back in March, Smotrich announced the largest land seizure in the West Bank by Israel since 1993, where the [illegal] construction of 3,300 new homes for Israeli settlers has already been approved by the government.

Back to The Smotrich Doctrine…

This doesn’t sound evil as shit at all, guys. Not at all.

When you really read through this, it becomes increasingly obvious that Smotrich (along with Netanyahu) is the prime suspect behind planning the October 7 attack.

Uh oh. Sounds like it may soon be illegal (“antisemitic”) to use the term, “Palestinian People.”
