❗️Donald Trump: Based on a very productive meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, we have laid the foundation for a future Greenland agreement and, in fact, for the entire Arctic region.
If this decision is implemented, it will be a major achievement for the United States and all NATO countries.
In connection with this agreement, I will not impose tariffs (❗️) that were planned to be introduced from February 1.
Additional negotiations are also underway regarding the "Golden Dome" in relation to Greenland. Further information will be provided as the negotiations progress.
Vice President J.D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, and other necessary persons will be responsible for the negotiations – they will report directly to me.
