• $AMZN controls ~10% through Trainium + Inferentia which are primarily used for cost controlled inference & AWS margin defense rather than replacing general purpose GPUs.
• $AMD controls ~5% with MI300X acting as a pressure valve when Nvidia supply is constrained.

Hyperscalers are scaling alternatives but Nvidia remains the default compute layer the entire AI economy still runs on.
