#htx ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ The cryptocurrency exchange HTX has been added to the EU sanctions list as part of the 21st package of sanctions against Russia. The following entities have also been sanctioned: โ€ข WhiteBird, โ€ข EXMO Ltd, โ€ข Rapira, โ€ข Aifory Pro, โ€ข ABCeX, โ€ข NoOneCryptoโ€ฆ
โ—๏ธThe EU plans to impose sanctions on a record 1,600 companies for assisting Russia, Bloomberg reports. According to sources, the combined annual turnover of these firms exceeds $20 billion, and they employ 265,000 people. If adopted, the list of EU-sanctioned entities would grow by 50%. At the same time, the economic impact is likely to be smaller than that of previous packages targeting Russiaโ€™s oil industry and banking system. Officials plan to circulate the proposal in the coming weeks so that national capitals have time to review it, with the sanctions expected to be adopted at a meeting of foreign ministers in October.

U.S. 3 Month Yield fell to 3.85% today but that's still above the 3.75% Federal Reserve rate range.

Given the momentum is upward this implies Kevin Warsh will likely raise rates by .25% tomorrow.

Jensen will do anything to keep "neocloud" business off Nvidia's balance sheet, and will do anything to drive demand, even as rising costs start to weigh on the neoclouds and the funding currently provided by dilution, debt, and SPVs isn't enough.

So Jensen came up with an idea: Nvidia itself will sign a lease from a datacenter builder. Nvidia will provide the components to reduce the cost for the datacenter builder, in this case Hut 8, and will then sublease this lease to one of its independent SPVs, a neocloud, e.g. CoreWeave, and the latter will enjoy RPO, showing "demand," and will provide this to a startup, hyperscaler, or OpenAI and Nvidia can book the revenue of the GPUs.

Win/win, until it's lose

Fires continue to spread at Russia's Wildberries logistics center in Ryazan, hours after Ukraine's Drones of Russian Liberation targeted the facility.
The currently burning Wildberries facility in Ryazan was not only the 4th largest (not 5th), but the newest, completed less than 2 years ago.

With the company's known outstanding debt of at least $17.8 billion, a banking crisis is setting up nicely.

Targeting huge, heavily indebted, low margin businesses is Ukraine's genius move of the war.
