Building an AI trading bot has literally never been easier.

Anyone with a laptop + WiFi and 10 minutes of free time can completely automate their trading with AI.

The full process (you'll want to save this):

Step 1. Understand the architecture

Whether you're trading stocks or crypto, every trading bot is built from the same two parts:
β†’ The brain: strategizes your trading. An LLM like Claude or Codex is best for this.
β†’ The hands: execute your trades. This happens through an MCP connection.

Step 2. Pick your MCP (stocks)

For stocks, one of my favorite MCPs is the Alpaca connector.

It's completely free and has paper trading built in, so you can test everything with fake money before risking real capital.

Step 3. Connect Alpaca (3 sub-steps)

β†’ Sign up for an Alpaca account
β†’ Grab your API key
β†’ Plug the API key into Claude

That's it. Your brain and your hands are now connected.

Step 4. Pick your MCP (crypto)

Same exact process, different exchange.

Go to your exchange (Blofin, Binance, Bybit, etc), grab your API key from your account settings.

Step 5. Connect your exchange

Plug the API key into Claude with a prompt like:

"I want to automate my trading with the Blofin MCP, connect my API key [insert key], and build a dashboard to manage my trading."

Once connected, your AI can read your positions, place trades, and manage everything from one interface.

Step 6. Dashboard build

From here, you can build a fully customizable dashboard trading terminal to manage your trading.

Pro tip: connect other MCPs to get live price data.

Such a simple setup and easy way to start automating your trading.

‼️The US Dollar share in global FX reserves is falling:

The US Dollar weighting in global reserves has declined -15 percentage points since 2015, to ~42%, near the lowest this century.

The greenback proportion has been below 50% for the last 3 years now.

At the same time, gold's share surged to ~26%, near the highest since the 1990s.

By comparison, the euro accounts for ~15% of global reserves.

The Eastern world is quietly diversifying from the US Dollar.

Netanyahu:

Tomorrow I will travel to Washington to meet, at his invitation, with President Trump.

After that, I will participate in a ceremony honoring a great friend of Israel, Senator Lindsey Graham. I must say that he has been one of Israel's greatest friends since the establishment of the state, and it is only fitting that we pay him this honor.

I will meet with President Trump to discuss all the issues currently on the agenda, including the situation in Iran.

Putin can’t do peace deal in Ukraine. It would lead to him losing job, having money taken away, going to jail, and losing life. No matter how much it may be in Russia’s national interest to compromise, cut a deal, end the war, Putin understands his survival is at stake.

Only counting fully destroyed locations, the new Russian logistics center bingo board has arrived. Clear that Ukraine is hunting big game first, already the 4 largest facilities in the country have been hit, with 3 fully destroyed. We wait for news..
πŸ‡·πŸ‡Ίβš οΈ Russia’s State Duma is urging major marketplace operators to take responsibility for protecting their own logistics infrastructure from future attacks.

Lieutenant General (Ret.) Andrey Gurulyov, a member of the State Duma, said marketplace owners must urgently strengthen the passive protection of warehouses and distribution centers.

πŸ›‘οΈ According to Gurulyov, the attacks are intended to destabilize Russia’s internal social and political situation, disrupt logistics, and fuel public discontent by creating conditions for organized protests.

🚨 THE AI CREDIT BOOM IS STARTING TO CRACK:

The bond market is sending a warning that equity investors are ignoring.

CDS spreads for major AI infrastructure players have surged to record highs, led by Oracle and CoreWeave, as credit investors demand higher compensation to fund the massive AI buildout.

Credit stress is spreading across the sector, with spreads also widening for Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, and Alphabet as investors reassess the risks of the debt-heavy AI investment cycle.

This comes as AI infrastructure requires unprecedented amounts of capital as companies are spending billions on data centers, chips, and power capacity, even before those investments generate meaningful returns.

To finance this expansion, hyperscalers are increasingly turning to debt markets.

Alphabet, $GOOGL, has raised more than $85 billion in debt over the past year, pushing its total debt balance above $100 billion, while hundreds of billions in AI-related corporate debt compete with governments for long-term investor capital.

If AI profits fail to catch up with spending, higher borrowing costs could pressure margins, force spending cuts, and eventually hit stock market prices.

The AI trade is now being challenged by the rising cost of financing the race.

πŸš¨πŸ‡·πŸ‡Ί PUTIN: β€œThe current difficulties in Russia’s fuel market are temporary and will not affect the country’s broader economic performance.” Do we trust him?
Putin moves from selling off his nation's gold reserves to pay for more war, to selling off the nation's diamond reserves to pay for more war.

The Russian government announces an auction of all diamonds over 10.8 carats, to take place on September 9th in Moscow. These are rough diamonds, part of the Russian State Fund.
Aluminum was once more expensive than gold. It also shows what will remain valuable in the future.

Yesterday I had a presentation prepared; it took 5 minutes.

It included graphs and analysis.

Five years ago, I was doing the same job myself, and it took me almost a day.

I should have been happy. I wasn't.

Because what I understood then wasn't the speed of the presentation preparation. It was the price of a skill I'd earned money with for years going to zero.

Analysis, code, design, translation, visuals. The supply of all of them is increasing simultaneously. What was expertise yesterday is a command today.

The price of anything whose supply increases rapidly decreases.

This rule isn't new. Aluminum was once more expensive than gold.

Yet it's the third most abundant element on Earth. It was never scarce, it was just difficult to extract.

In 1884, a palm-sized piece of aluminum was placed on top of the Washington Monument. Before it was installed, it was displayed in a jeweler's window in New York.

Two years later, an electrical extraction method was discovered. Its price has dropped by over 99%.

Today, we're throwing the same metal away.

Aluminum hasn't changed. The difficulty has.

The same film played in other areas.

Ice was once a luxury transported by ships from the north, and fortunes were made from this trade. When the refrigeration machine came along, that trade ended within a few years. Salt was also a strategic commodity taxed by governments; when its production became cheaper, it became an ordinary shelf product.

The rule is this:

If the scarcity of something comes from its hardship, then the technology that eliminates that hardship also eliminates the scarcity.

Now let's go back to today.

Artificial intelligence is making almost everything that previously required human time available for free to produce.

So what happened to aluminum is now happening to something humans make a living selling.

There's a side to this that most people don't realize.

The squeeze isn't coming from just one direction.

On the one hand, labor is becoming abundant because of machines. On the other hand, money is becoming abundant as it's printed.

One is eroding income, the other is eroding savings.

Therefore, the most frequently asked question is the wrong one.

Everyone asks which asset will rise.

The correct question is:

What can technology NOT make abundant?

Let's go through the candidates one by one, because it's necessary to see that the answer is not easy.

Gold seems scarce.

But gold is like aluminum. There is a lot of gold on land and in the oceans; the problem is not the quantity, but the difficulty of extracting it. Better technology extracts from deeper and less productive sites. Today, serious research programs are underway on ocean floor mining.

Land seems scarce.

But it can be expanded, its zoning can be changed, its use can be transformed.

Art seems scarce.

But reproduction technology first copied, now it produces directly.

The commonality of the three is this:

Their scarcity stems from a difficulty. Every machine that reduces that difficulty erodes that scarcity a little more.

The exception begins here.

Bitcoin's limit is not a difficulty, but a rule.

The total number is fixed at 21 million, and this number doesn't come from the difficulty of production, it comes from the definition.

To see the difference, consider this:

If you put a machine 10 times more powerful in a gold mine, you'll get more gold. Putting it on the same network won't get more Bitcoin; it will just become harder to produce the same amount.

So, as technology gets stronger, all other scarcities weaken, but this scarcity doesn't.

You can't engineer a number.

The real issue isn't the price, it's the measure.

In a fast-paced world, what doesn't change simply increases in value. It becomes a ruler showing how much what changes has changed.

There's a point I need to be honest about here.

21 million isn't a law of nature. It's a rule that the people running the software haven't broken for 15 years.

Also, this asset has repeatedly dropped by over 70%.

Anyone who doesn't tell you that is selling you something.

Let's take a step back.

In every technological revolution, value didn't disappear, it shifted.

Before the printing press, books were scarce; after the printing press, attention became scarce.

Before industrialization, goods were scarce; after industrialization, time became scarce.

Artificial intelligence is doing the same thing. It makes everything it touches abundant and pushes value to where it can't reach.

That's what aluminum taught us 140 years ago. Value based on scarcity cannot withstand technology.

So the real question isn't what artificial intelligence will produce.

It's what artificial intelligence cannot replicate.

That's why Bitcoin.
