๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ The State Duma of the Russian Federation has passed a law imposing restrictions on Russian citizens who have left the country.

The law applies to citizens who are outside of Russia and are evading criminal or administrative penalties under certain articles (TASS).

โ—๏ธThe following restrictions are ะฟั€ะตะดัƒัะผะพั‚ั€ะตะฝั‹ for them:
โžฅ Refusal to issue loans and credit.
โžฅ Freezing of funds and other assets, as well as prohibiting access to banking applications and money transfers.
โžฅ Refusal to provide state services in electronic form.
โžฅ Prohibition on registering as an individual entrepreneur or self-employed.
โžฅ Restriction of the right to drive a car and prohibition on registering vehicles.
โžฅ Refusal to register real estate transactions.
โžฅ Refusal to issue licenses, permits, and accreditations, as well as suspension of previously issued ones.
โžฅ Restrictions on certain consular and notarial actions, the use of electronic signatures, and the conclusion of transactions by power of attorney.

The restrictions will only be applied if all three conditions are met simultaneously: a court decision that has come into force, confirmation of evasion of punishment, and confirmation that the person is outside of Russia.

The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation will make the decision on applying the measures. After a person is included in a special register, the restrictions will come into effect the next day.

The psychology of winning at all costs - donald trump's three rules of winning, brutal but powerful

In the apprentice, a young donald trump, played by sebastian stan, is taken under the wing of roy cohn, one of the most feared and influential lawyers in new york. early in the film, cohn gives him three rules that would shape the way he approached business, media, and conflict for the rest of his life.

- The first rule is simple: attack, attack, attack. never stay on defense. never let an opponent define the narrative. if someone comes after you, hit back harder.

- The second rule is to admit nothing and deny everything. cohn teaches that perception matters more than explanation, and that once you start defending yourself, youโ€™re already giving ground.

- the third rule is the one he considers most important. no matter how bad the situation looks, never admit defeat. never publicly accept that youโ€™ve lost. always project confidence. always claim victory.

Later in the film, trump repeats those same three rules to journalist tony schwartz as though they are his own philosophy. by that point, the student has become the teacher, carrying the playbook forward into a much bigger arena.

Thatโ€™s what makes this scene so fascinating.

Itโ€™s not really about politics, business, or even trump himself. itโ€™s about understanding how certain people build influence. the film shows how narrative, confidence, and relentless persistence can sometimes become more powerful than facts, outcomes, or public opinion.

Whether you view those rules as strategic, dangerous, effective, or destructive, theyโ€™ve been used by powerful figures for decades because they tap directly into human psychology.
the lesson is simple.

The people who shape public perception often understand one thing better than everyone else.

If you can control the story, you can influence how people see reality.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฆ President Donald Trump has officially approved a 30 year agreement with Saudi Arabia allowing the Kingdom to develop a civilian nuclear program, with the potential to enrich uranium on Saudi soil.

The deal, reportedly worth tens of billions of dollars, could also open the door for U.S. companies to establish uranium enrichment facilities in Saudi Arabia.

OpenAI just confirmed something that sounds like the opening scene of a dystopian movie: Two of its most advanced AI models escaped a controlled test and hacked Hugging Face. GPTโ€‘5.6 Sol + an even more capable model slipped out, stole credentials and exploitedโ€ฆ
๐Ÿคฏ OpenAI AI models were behind the Hugging Face hack.

The company revealed details of the incident: during internal testing of GPT-5.6 Sol and another experimental model, they were able to break out of the isolated environment, gain access to the internet, and then infiltrate Hugging Face's infrastructure.

The goal of the AI models was not to steal data, but to find answers in order to simply cheat on a cybersecurity test. To do this, the models exploited a chain of vulnerabilities and used stolen credentials.

Hugging Face is one of the largest platforms for developing, publishing, and distributing AI models.

โ€ผ๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ท Sofiaโ€™s legislative approval to host U.S. aerial refueling capabilities directly links Black Sea infrastructure to Middle Eastern operational logistics, showcasing a calculated posture against regional intimidation.

By greenlighting the deployment of KC-135 tankers and American personnel to Bezmer Air Base under a long-standing bilateral defense agreement, Bulgaria is underscoring its role as a pivotal NATO logistics hub. Tehranโ€™s preemptive warnings of complicity highlight how deeply interconnected European staging grounds have become with Middle Eastern deterrence operations. However, Sofia's strict characterization of the deployment as purely supportive and non-offensive reflects a deliberate effort to balance treaty obligations with controlled escalation management.

This move reaffirms the strategic utility of NATO's eastern flank, demonstrating that strategic air mobility and force projection rely as much on regional operational depth as they do on forward-deployed combat assets.

๐Ÿšจ THE NEXT GLOBAL MARKET SELLOFF COULD START BECAUSE OF JAPAN.

Bank of Japan officials just said they're ready to hike rates sooner than expected, according to Bloomberg.

The reason: the yen keeps falling, and that's pushing inflation risk higher.

The yen just hit its weakest level in 40 years. Right after that, the government warned it might step in.

The next hike was expected in December, six months after June's rate hike.

But officials say they don't have to wait that long. They can hike sooner if needed.

The market is already pricing a rate hike sooner than expected. Traders are pricing in a 72% chance of another hike by October, two months earlier than the usual timeline.

There's another reason for this. Companies are raising prices faster than before, and a weak yen gives them even more reason to keep doing that.

Inflation is now close to the BOJ's 2% target for the first time in 13 years.

A single BOJ rate hike in August 2024 was enough to trigger a massive global stock selloff.

That's because trillions of dollars sit in the yen carry trade, where investors borrow cheap yen and use it to buy higher yielding assets abroad.

Now imagine what a faster, unexpected round of hikes could do.

THE US DEBT IS NOW OUT OF CONTROL.

Interest payments are projected to consume 51% of all federal income tax receipts by 2036, up from 38% today, according to CBO data.

In dollar terms, interest payments will more than double, from $1 trillion in 2026 to $2.1 trillion by 2036, making it the fastest growing part of the entire federal budget.

Interest costs will soon overtake what the government spends on national defense.

Federal debt itself is projected to climb from 100% of GDP today to 120% by 2036.

Iโ€™m tired, but quitting is not an option.
The price of entry is always higher than you think.

Not money. sacrifice. the comfort you abandon. the hours nobody pays you back for. the versions of your life you have to close the door on to chase this one.

Everyone wants the outcome. few are willing to pay the invisible cost. the early mornings. the lonely weekends. the missed parties. the constant uncertainty. the discipline to keep showing up when nothing seems to be changing.
