Zero LNG carriers have crossed the Strait of Hormuz since July 11, per Kpler. 21 carriers are now stuck waiting inside the Gulf.

Traffic had actually been recovering before this.

4 LNG carriers in April
8 in May
40 in June, nearly back to normal

Then it went to zero after Iran's latest closure declaration and the strikes that followed.

About 1 in 5 barrels of global LNG trade normally needs this route. Qatar, UAE, and Oman are the exporters directly exposed.

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ US issues $81,000,000,000 in refunds after Supreme Court ruled President Trump's tariffs illegal.
🚨 THIS MIGHT BE THE BIGGEST SCAM OF THE 21ST CENTURY.

And it was done by the US Government.

Last year, President Trump imposed global tariffs with one major goal.

Trillions will flow into the US economy, and consumers will get rich.

He even called for $1,000+ dividend checks for US households from tariff revenues.

In the meantime, companies passed their costs onto consumers, who believed that dividend checks would compensate for these expenses.

But they got trapped.

This year, the Supreme Court struck down Trump's tariffs and told the US government to refund the collected tariffs.

So far, the US government has distributed $81 billion in collected tariffs with more to come.

Now you must be thinking that finally consumers got their money back.

ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Every single penny has gone to companies that already profited from raising prices.

On the other hand, retail got screwed by paying higher prices and then got no dividend checks.

Habits i stole from wealthy people:

1. They deliberately become the least successful person in the room.
They don't protect their ego by staying impressive.
They choose environments that force their standards to rise.

2. They normalize being heavily supported.
assistants. cleaners. coaches. trainers.
they don't wear exhaustion as proof of ambition.

3. They upgrade their environment before they feel ready.
They understand that your surroundings shape your standards.

4. They don't automatically choose the cheapest option.
They calculate the hidden cost of time, friction, and mental energy.

5. They train themselves to tolerate being misunderstood.
more success means more opinions. more projection. more criticism.
They don't shrink their life to remain relatable.

6. They build systems before they need them.

They create structure that allows them to grow without creating more chaos.

7. They leave room for opportunities they can't predict.

They don't fill every hour with work and obligations.

From the outside, it can look excessive.

Entitled. detached. different.

But from the inside...

It's intentional.

Most people want a bigger life without changing the habits that created their current one.

That's why i became obsessed with learning how successful people think, build, and create income online.

Global refinery runs have fallen 7 million barrels a day to multi year lows.

86.8 down to 79.3, in a matter of months.

The Middle East and Russia together hold 18% of global refining capacity.

Russia alone has 6.7 million barrels a day of capacity and is currently running only about 4.

This is not a regional story.

It is a 7 million barrel a day hole in the global system, concentrated in exactly the 2 regions under attack.

US crude and gasoline stocks just fell below the bottom of their 5 year range.

US refineries are running near 17 million bpd, above the 5-year average, right at peak summer demand.

Production is at an all time high anyway.

Week ending 7/10/2026:

Crude: -1.7M bbl, now near 410M bbl, at the floor of the 5-year range

Gasoline: -1.5M bbl, also scraping the low end of the range

Distillate: +4.6M bbl, Cushing: +0.4M bbl, both climbing back toward normal

🚨Refinery runs: +99 thousand bpd, crude production: +1 thousand bpd, near 13.9 million bpd, an all time high

Crude and gasoline are scraping historical lows.

Production keeps climbing anyway.

That's the tension in this market right now.
EU gas storage⚠️

76.5% in 2024
57.8% in 2025
48.3% in 2026

all measured on the same June date.

That is 3 straight years of going into Q3 with less cushion than the year before.

Meanwhile the US now supplies 61% of all LNG imports into Europe year to date, against 15% for Russia and 6% for Nigeria.

Europe is entering the tightest summer more dependent on 1 supplier than ever.
China just gave its miners a 9 billion dollar war chest.

Guangyan International, state backed, mandated to co invest alongside Chinese miners abroad.

Notice what it is not buying.
Rare earths.

China already controls 60 to 70% of rare earth mining and 85 to 90% of refining.

It has no need to buy more of that.

It is buying what it is actually short of.

Copper, gold, iron ore.

Over 100 billion dollars in overseas mining commitments since 2023.

The next bidding war is not for rare earths. It is for the last independent copper and gold mines in Latin America, Africa, and Central Asia.

There are long gas lines in Russia right now because so many refineries have been destroyed. Currently they're importing as much fuel as possible from India. If the Red Sea is closed, that cuts off Russia from India's fuel production along with Europe.
The IRGC just said the US should expect closure of other oil&gas routes in the coming days.

Not just Hormuz.

That is a direct threat to the bypass infrastructure everyone has been building, the pipelines through Iraq and Turkey, the new UAE ports.

Meanwhile #CENTCOM confirms the Hormuz blockade already has teeth.

2 commercial vessels were redirected attempting to run it in the first 17 hours alone.

The bypass routes only work if they stay open.
Iran just said they might not.
