POV: You realize working a 9-5 will give you a guaranteed weekly payout so you no longer have to trade.
The real reason you're tired all the time: it's not your workload. it's your open loops. the text you haven't answered. the apology you owe. the decision you're avoiding. the conversation you keep postponing. these run in the background of your mind all day, draining your battery. close your loops. watch your energy return. mental clutter is more exhausting than physical work ever will be.

There is a shortage of successful men.

You are the prize, not her.

The Strait of Hormuz carries 26% of all global oil trade. 20.9 million barrels a day, through 1 stretch of water.

That is the number getting tested right now.

๐ŸšจUkraine just hit a dozen Russian shadow fleet tankers in 2 days. It's making Crimea's fuel crisis worse. ๐Ÿ’ฅDrones struck 10 sanctioned shadow-fleet tankers over 2 days in the Sea of Azov, each around 7,000 tonnes deadweight, delivering fuel to Crimea โ›ฝ๏ธCrimeaโ€ฆ
๐ŸšจUkraine just hit a Chevron-chartered tanker with a drone near Russia's Black Sea oil hub.

All crew safe, no critical damage but the signal is unmistakable: Western-chartered ships loading at Russian-controlled terminals are now in Ukraine's crosshairs๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธโšก

The Aframax tanker Yasa Polaris owned by Turkey's YASA Holding, chartered by Chevron was struck by a drone on July 7 while approaching the CPC terminal off Novorossiysk to load Kazakh crude.

The drone hit the ship's upper structure.
The vessel was in ballast (empty).
No injuries. No pollution. No critical damage.

Yasa Polaris proceeded under its own power.

Chevron confirmed it was aware of an "incident near CPC loading facilities" but said exports were not interrupted. ๐Ÿ“‹

The Caspian Pipeline Consortium terminal at Novorossiysk handles 1.4 mb/d of crude roughly 80% of Kazakhstan's seaborne oil exports, including the output from Chevron's Tengizchevroil JV.

CPC Blend is primarily Kazakh crude.
This is not Russian oil.

These are Western-backed export flows that happen to run through Russian controlled infrastructure.

Ukraine has systematically targeted Russian oil infrastructure since late 2025: refineries, export terminals at Primorsk, Taman, Kerch, Novorossiysk and Baltic ports.

The CPC terminal has been hit multiple times, including January and February 2026 strikes that damaged other tankers waiting to load.

What's new with Yasa Polaris: this is a third party owned, Western chartered tanker not a Russian flagged vessel or a "shadow fleet" ship.

Ukraine is expanding the definition of legitimate target. ๐ŸŒ

Each strike raises war-risk insurance premia for ships calling at Novorossiysk.

Greek and Turkish owners who dominate Black Sea tanker routes will demand higher rates and stronger indemnities or avoid CPC voyages entirely.

If future strikes cause serious damage, fire or loss of life, the regulatory and market response would be far larger and Chevron's Kazakh flows would need to find alternative routes through existing pipelines or rail. ๐Ÿ’ฐ

Today it was a near miss.
Every near-miss makes the next event more consequential.

Black Sea crude risk premium just got a reminder it still existsโšก

Trump:

"We took Greenland and then, stupidly, we gave it back. We shouldn't have given it back to them, because we're the ones that need it. We need it for protection of the world."

๐Ÿ”นThe US operated a military presence on Greenland during WWII, then returned full control to Denmark afterward

๐Ÿ”นTrump argues that handback was a strategic mistake given the island's military value

๐Ÿ”นGreenland also sits on rare earth and mineral deposits and controls key Arctic shipping access, the same resource leverage this account has tracked across Africa and elsewhere

Greenland is back on the map as a resource and security asset, not just a territory.
Meta's first Canadian data center needs its own dedicated gas power plant to run.

Meta is investing more than C$13 billion in a 1 gigawatt data center in Sturgeon County, Alberta

Pembina Pipeline, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners and Kineticor are building a dedicated natural gas plant, the Greenlight Electricity Centre, just to supply it

$Meta owns and operates the data center. The energy consortium owns and operates the power behind it, a separate but tightly linked buildout

Every hyperscaler expansion is now a gas power project too. This is the pattern, not the exception.

๐Ÿšจ Explosions just hit 200 miles inland in Iran, far beyond the coast.

Explosions reported in Iranshahr, deep in Sistan-Baluchestan province, roughly 200 miles northeast of Chabahar

This marks a reach well beyond the coastal targets hit so far
Tonight's campaign is already larger than last night's 80+ targets, continuing from land and sea

No confirmation yet on what was struck or by whom
This isn't a coastal skirmish anymore. The target list just moved inland.

๐Ÿšจ US airstrikes reportedly hit an oil refinery on Lavan Island, off Iran's southern coast.

Lavan Island sits in the Persian Gulf and hosts 1 of Iran's refining and export terminals

Reports describe significant damage to the refinery there

If accurate, this marks a shift from hitting vessels and coastal targets to hitting Iran's actual production capacity directly

JD Vance on Iran: "The basic deal that we cut was, we'll lift our blockade if you stop shooting at ships, but if you shoot at ships, we are going to punch back, and we're going to punch back harder than ever before."

The framework: blockade lifted in exchange for no attacks on commercial shipping

Iran allegedly broke that condition, with strikes on 3 commercial vessels transiting Hormuz

The US response described as "a series of powerful strikes"

This is the mechanism behind the latest escalation. The moment tankers got hit, the truce was voided by design.
๐Ÿ‘€1
Trump just made it crystal clear, this strike on Chabahar is direct retaliation for Iranโ€™s bombing of ships yesterday.

Thatโ€™s a major Iranian port and key oil/export hub going up in flames.

Massive fires, thick black smokeโ€ฆ looks brutal from the images.

Geopolitical heat is back on.
