One of the weirdest things right now is how few normal people actually use AI properly.

Most still treat it like a slightly smarter Google. Ask question, get answer, move on.

Meanwhile tools like Codex and Claude Code are already agentic enough to automate huge chunks of actual work. Not “help me think of ideas,” but “go through this repo, fix the bug, write the tests, update the docs, explain what changed.”

That’s not search. That’s delegation.

The AI gap isn’t really between people who have access and people who don’t. It’s between people who still prompt like it’s 2022 and people who understand they now have junior agents working for them.
The global economy is on the verge of a massive transformation, driven by humanoid robotics.

According to major financial institutions, the market potential is staggering.

Here is what the data shows

$5 Trillion Market: Projected value by 2050

Cost Efficiency: Robot unit costs dropped >40% from 2022–2024

Mass Adoption: 3 Billion units projected globally by 2060

I tested cloning top weather traders on Polymarket and here's what actually works most people just copy the biggest PnL wallet and lose money the difference isn't the wallet. it's how you use the data before you click buy [ the real problem with blind copying…
THE TEMPERATURE LADDER STRATEGY THAT TURNS POLYMARKET WEATHER INTO ASYMMETRIC EDGE (LADDER EDGE STRATEGY)

Most traders pick one most likely temperature bucket and hope it prints

Ladder traders do something smarter: they spread small money across 3–4 adjacent buckets so that whichever one resolves pays the whole stack

This turns weather markets into a positive-skew game where one correct bucket more than covers the cost of the losing ones

[why ladders work so well on short-horizon markets]

Models give a point forecast that falls into one bucket

But that point is often off by 1–3°C, sending the real temperature into a neighboring bucket

Buying the whole cluster cheap (ladder usually costs under $1) means you don’t need to guess the exact number

You just need the actual temperature to land in one of your buckets

[how to build a strong ladder in practice]

Example for Singapore (cluster 29–31°C):

- 29°C @ 0.2¢
- 30°C @ 15¢
- 31°C @ 35¢

Total: ~$0.50. One winning bucket at 100¢ makes the position profitable

[when this edge shines brightest]

- Transitional days when models disagree
- 24–48 hour horizon (D+1 and D+2)
- Volatile cities like Singapore, Miami, Tokyo, Shanghai
- Right after a fresh model run before the market reprices

Add an underdispersion filter (ensemble spread tighter than historical) and the win probability rises noticeably

Ladder + basic ensemble check is one of the cleanest asymmetric plays on Polymarket right now

Kelly vs Flat Sizing in Polymarket Weather - Who’s Winning in 2026

One of the most important (and rarely discussed) questions that separates profitable traders from everyone else

>Kelly Sizing (Aggressive Approach)

Position size is calculated based on your edge using the Kelly formula

Examples:

- ColdMath often uses a Kelly variation - aggressively increases size on strong signals in secondary cities.
- Some Asian snipers (like opopv) go very large on ultra-cheap buckets with high conviction

It is recommended to use the fractional Kelly criterion to reduce risks

>Flat Sizing (Conservative Approach)

Fixed percentage of bankroll per trade (usually 0.5–2%)

Examples:

- VibeTrader sticks to more consistent sizing and builds ladders across multiple buckets
- Many stable bot traders use flat sizing to avoid big drawdowns during losing streaks

>What the current market shows:

Kelly traders win during periods with strong mispricings (higher PnL volatility but bigger upside)

Flat traders perform better in sideways markets and when edge is weaker (smoother equity curve)

>Parity Terminal lets you see this in real time:

- Actual sizing of every top trader on each market
- How Kelly and flat traders behave on the same cities
- Who handled recent drawdowns better
- Real PnL comparison between different risk management styles

You’re not just copying trades - you’re copying the risk management systems of strong players

Most traders pick one method and never change it.
Consistent winners adjust sizing to the current market, their psychology, and bankroll size

Start tracking not just the traders, but how they manage risk 👇

“Bro, have you pre-ordered GTA 6?” “What GTA 6?”
GTA 6 will probably be the last GTA where NPCs are still mostly scripted background noise.

GTA 7 is going to be a different beast.

Imagine NPCs that feel like actual people. They remember you. They have routines, histories, grudges, friendships, jobs, secrets, bad days, weird habits. You don’t just “talk” to them through dialogue trees, you actually interact with them like they’re living inside that world.

And the story won’t just be a fixed rollercoaster anymore. There will probably still be a main framework, but everything around it will shape itself organically through your choices, your relationships and the chaos you create.

People are 100% going to fall in love with NPCs. Some NPCs will become someone’s best friend. Some random side character will accidentally become more memorable than the actual protagonist.

GTA 6 will be huge.

But GTA 7 might be the first game that feels alive.

1/ Fable 5 was supposed to be the next frontier model. Instead people are getting fallbacks, useless refusals, account holds, brutal limits, and safety popups on completely normal prompts. This is not a launch. This is Anthropic shipping a Ferrari with…
‼️ BREAKING: Anthropic has embedded hidden spyware-like code in Claude Code that covertly targets Chinese users. It then sends information regarding every user by injecting it into their prompt message.

Claude Code is sending info like timezone, proxy and possible AI Lab connections into the system prompt in ways Chinese users can't notice.

A coding agent with repo and command permissions should not silently hide routing metadata inside prompts. This is a serious breach of user trust.

This shows how much Claude knows about you, how much they can control you, and how far they will actually control you. If we don’t fix such precedents now, we are succumbing our rights and freedom to actors who believe they are above you and therefore can help you decide when and where you get freedom and in what way.

By the end of this year, AI research starts getting seriously automated by AI itself.

Not just coding assistance. Actual hypothesis generation, experiment design, paper reading, model training, debugging, evaluation, iteration.

By the end of next year, I think large parts of AI research will be fully automated.

That’s the moment the singularity really begins.

Not when AI writes poems or passes exams.

When AI starts improving AI faster than humans can meaningfully keep up.
That's amazing!

FUSION PROGRESS: First private company generates electricity directly from fusion plasma 👀

A fusion milestone with huge implications.

wisconsin-based, Realta Fusion, became the first private fusion company to publicly demonstrate direct energy conversion, generating electricity directly from a controlled fusion plasma using its WHAM fusion device.

"Instead of converting fusion heat into steam to spin turbines, Realta's prototype captured the energy of charged particles and converted it directly into electricity, producing 100 volts and multiple amps, enough to power several lightbulbs."

why this matters?

Currently, traditional power plants lose much of their energy as heat, with steam turbines typically reaching ~33% efficiency.

Realta's direct energy conversion method is expected to achieve around 90% efficiency.

That could allow future fusion reactors to:

> Recycle power back into the reactor. > Increase overall plant output by 20-30%.
> Lower operating costs and improve commercial viability.

About 20% of the energy released in future deuterium-tritium fusion reactors, the fuel Realta plans to use in its commercial reactors, will be carried by charged helium nuclei (alpha particles).

Capturing that energy directly could make future fusion power plants significantly more efficient.

"We can take power from a plasma."
Kieran Furlong, Co-founder & CEO, Realta Fusion

He also added, "Harvesting electricity directly from the fusion reaction really helps with the economics of a reactor's design."

How a Profitable Weather Bot Works on Polymarket: Full Pipeline from Forecast to Order (BOT PIPELINE)

Most people think weather bots require complex AI and tons of code

In reality, top bots run on a simple, understandable pipeline that you can build over a weekend

> Core Pipeline

1. Market Discovery

Scans active temperature bucket markets

2. Forecast Ingestion

Pulls 3–5 models (ECMWF, GEFS, HRRR, NWS, UKMO).
Data must be for the exact resolution station

3. Calibration

Raw models have systematic bias. Top bots correct each model per city and lead time using historical residuals

Simple decaying average bias correction already gives a noticeable boost

4. Probability Calculation

After calibration, converts the ensemble into probabilities for each bucket

5. Edge Detection

Compares calibrated model probability to market price. Only trades when edge ≥ 8%

6. Sizing & Execution

Fractional Kelly + hard caps, limit orders, circuit breakers

> About Paid Models

Many top accounts use not only free sources (Open-Meteo, NOAA) but also paid ones (Visual Crossing Pro, Tomorrow, proprietary AI models)

Paid sources often provide better short-range accuracy and cleaner station data

A 0.5–1.5°C difference on short horizons can significantly impact edge in narrow 1°C buckets

Good balance: free ensemble for baseline + 1–2 paid sources for final calibration

> Why This Works

- Models update on schedule → edge appears predictably
- Calibration removes systematic errors
- Automation lets you catch hundreds of micro-trades per day

Many think the model is good and calculate probabilities immediately

Winners first fix the bias, then calculate edge

If you want the next post - I can break down how to do simple and effective bias correction on historical data

⚠️ This chart is really about separation!

At minimum, Anthropic can use Claude more intensely than anyone else.

Then small, rich companies can buy more API access than everyone else. Large companies buckle under cost burden.

Take that to the limit, and frontier models become a compounding business weapon. more AI → more output → competitive advatage .
Congrats to Sonnet 5 for moving up the coding ranking on arena ... but damn GLM-5.2!! If Anthropic is bouncing you back to Opus 4.8 when using Fable 5 for coding, you have to consider GLM-5.2, especially after July 7th.
