This is incredible, SpaceX early investors will be able to sell 20% of $SPCX shares after the Q2 earnings report on June 30th. There's also a performance-based trigger where investors can sell an additional 10% of stock if the stock trades 30% above IPO price…
SpaceX has released its full IPO roadshow presentation that it's showing to investors.

Starlink V3 is about to be INSANE. V3 is bringing 100X more bandwidth and sub-5ms latency from ORBIT. Lower flight, more satellites, more power. Internet beamed from space is about to humble every provider on Earth.
Starlink V3 satellites
Bandwidth per Satellite:
• V2: 96 Gbps
• V3: 1,024 Gbps
Bandwidth per Launch:
V2: 2,600 Gbps
V3: 61,000 Gbps
Deployment per Launch:
• V2: 27 satellites (on Falcon 9)
• V3: 60 (on Starship)
Starlink V3 satellites will begin to be deployed in late 2026 on Starship.

SpaceX is increasing the amount it plans to raise in its IPO in Japan by 25%, up to $2.5 billion, due to strong retail investor demand for its stock.
The company plans to offer 14.8 million-18.5 million shares at $135 each, according to a new filing.

🇺🇸 Bezos spent years building a rocket to launch Amazon's internet satellite network. Last night, Blue Origin's New Glenn rocket blew up its only launchpad. The fireball badly damaged the pad and equipment. Rocket science is hard, indeed. Bezos spent…
Starship: 12 test flights.
New Glenn: 3.
And New Glenn’s recent static fire test ended in an explosion
They aren’t really in the same league.
If Starship succeeds, what role is left for New Glenn?
Why doesn’t Blue Origin focus on things SpaceX isn’t doing and compete asymmetrically?
Focus on Moon base.
Landers. Rovers. Power. Resources. 🌕

The coolest thing in the SpaceX IPO video is the lunar electromagnetic launch system.
Solar energy, electricity, kinetic energy. No propellant required.
First cargo to Mars. Then robots.
What if the most important vehicle for Mars colonization isn’t starship at all? 🌙🚀🔴
The Moon could become humanity's first interplanetary shipping hub.

If your goal is moving millions of tons of cargo to Mars, is there anything more efficient than a lunar electromagnetic launcher?

Saturn V’s F-1 engine: Nozzle diameter: 3.76 m Thrust: ~690 tons Raptor 3: diameter: ~1.3 m Thrust: ~280 tons Why not SpaceX just build a RaptorMax the size of an F-1? Wouldn’t that create an absolutely gigantic Starship? #starship #Apollo
Saturn V was a brutal beast. 🚀
Since 1990, the U.S. has spent roughly $10 trillion on oversea wars.
That’s 30+ Apollo programs.
If that money had gone to NASA, and contracted companies like SpaceX and Blue Origin, would we already be on Mars?
Why fight over Earth when an entire Solar System awaits?

One of the most underrated things about Starship isn't just that it's bigger
It's that it's designed to completely rewrite the economics of spaceflight
SpaceX, Falcon's reusability already removed roughly 85% of the historic cost of launching to orbit
Starship aims to deliver another order-of-magnitude improvement on top of that
And it's not just about cost.....It's also about throughput
Falcon Heavy can deliver up to 64 metric tons to orbit
Starship Version 3 is targeting roughly 100 metric tons to orbit
Future versions could potentially push that to around 200 metric tons
The philosophy behind all of this comes from the Elon's "The Algorithm":
1. Question the requirements
2. Delete parts and process steps
3. Simplify
4. Accelerate
5. Automate
You can see this philosophy perfectly in the evolution of the Raptor engine
What began as a complex engine evolved into Raptor 3 dramatically simplified, more powerful, more reliable, and easier to manufacture
This is how SpaceX keeps pulling ahead
Not by adding complexity......By relentlessly removing it
