Anthropic has crashed cybersecurity stocks three times in three months.

Each time with a different product but each time the same stocks.

Feb 22: Claude Code Security launch.
- CrowdStrike -8%
- Cloudflare -9%
- Okta -9%
- Zscaler -10%.

Mar 27: Claude Mythos accidentally leaked in a blog post.

- CrowdStrike -7%
- Palo Alto -6%.
- Zscaler -4.5%.

Apr 7: Project Glasswing officially announced.
- Cloudflare -25%
- Zscaler -23%
- CrowdStrike -17%
- Palo Alto -15%.

Three announcements, three crashes but same stocks every time.

The market is asking one question, If an AI model can scan, detect and fix software vulnerabilities faster and cheaper than any human security team, what exactly are CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Zscaler and Cloudflare selling.

Market is repricing an entire sector one Anthropic announcement at a time.
Most people watching this chart think every software company is dying at the same time.

That is the wrong way to read what is happening right now.

The majority of this selloff is completely warrante and here is exactly why that is true.

These companies built their entire businesses on a simple, reliable formula, charge every employee a monthly fee to use their software, then raise prices every year forever.

That model is being surgically dismantled by AI agents that can replace dozens of human software users with a single license and the market is finally pricing in that reality.

Companies like Asana, Workday, and DocuSign are collapsing because their product is fundamentally a human workflow tool, and humans are being removed from those workflows right now.

When the number of human users shrinks, so does everything these companies were worth.

But here is what the chart does not show you, and this is the most important part.

Not every software company is a victim of this wave, some of them are the wave itself.

Palantir posted nearly 63% revenue growth while every other software stock on this list was drowning.

The reason is straightforward, Palantir does not sell software seats to employees, it sells AI decision-making infrastructure to governments and defense agencies that have no other option but to buy it.

Its stock has surged over 2,000% during the AI revolution because it is not competing with AI, it is the operating system that runs AI at the highest levels of power.

CrowdStrike tells the same story from a different angle entirely.

Every AI agent that gets deployed inside a company creates a brand new attack surface, a brand new vulnerability, a brand new way for hackers to break in.

CrowdStrike's Annual Recurring Revenue grew 24% year over year to $5.25 billion, and net new ARR jumped 47% because the more AI expands, the more security is needed to protect it.

AI is not CrowdStrike's enemy but rather CrowdStrike's best salesperson.

So what this chart is actually showing you is a great sorting happening in real time.

The companies that sold software to humans are being priced like the humans they served are disappearing from the equation.

The companies that sell the infrastructure, intelligence, and security that AI itself requires are becoming the most essential businesses on earth.

Billions of dollars are being redistributed and the winners already have their names on the wall

2025 tools are already becoming obsolete.

Not because they’re bad but because the game has changed.

We’ve moved from:
β†’ Using tools
to
β†’ Building AI-powered workflows

In 2025:
You open apps.
You click.
You create manually.

In 2026:
AI executes.
Systems think.
Workflows produce outcomes.

The shift is happening faster than most people realize.

And here’s the truth:

The winners won’t be the ones with the best tools.
They’ll be the ones who design the best systems.

Because in this new era:
Tools are commodities.
Workflows are leverage.

If you’re still thinking β€œWhich tool should I use?”
You’re already behind.

Start asking:
β€œWhat system can replace this entire process?”

The gap is opening.

Those who adapt early won’t just keep up, they’ll lead.

πŸ“ˆ Trading Analysis Report

πŸ” Summary Insights:
β€’ Trend: Range-Bound
β€’ Volatility: High
β€’ Volume: Medium
β€’ Market Sentiment: Neutral
β€’ Confidence Score: 0.8

🎯 Game Plan:
Chart 1: Consider a range-bound strategy. Enter long positions near the support level of 4,261.75 and short positions near the resistance level of 5,123.84. Set stop-loss slightly outside these levels to avoid false breakouts. Target profit should be set within the range, ensuring a risk-reward ratio of at least 1:2. Confirm entries with bullish or bearish divergences and volume spikes.

πŸ“Š Detailed Analysis:
β€’ Trend Analysis
The chart displays a range-bound trend with price oscillating between key support and resistance levels. Recent price action indicates indecision, with no clear directional bias. The presence of both bullish and bearish divergences suggests potential reversals at these boundaries.

β€’ Support and Resistance Levels
Key support is identified at 4,261.75, while resistance is noted at 5,123.84. These levels have been tested multiple times, indicating their strength. Traders should watch for breakouts or reversals at these critical points.

β€’ Volume Analysis
Volume appears to be medium, with occasional spikes aligning with price reversals. These spikes often coincide with divergence signals, providing additional confirmation for potential entry points. Monitoring volume changes can enhance trade timing.

β€’ Candlestick Patterns
The chart shows several candlestick patterns, including bullish and bearish engulfing patterns near the support and resistance levels. These patterns provide clues to potential reversals and should be considered in conjunction with other indicators.

β€’ Momentum Indicators
RSI is fluctuating around the neutral level, indicating a lack of strong momentum. Bullish and bearish divergences in the RSI suggest potential price reversals. Monitoring these divergences can provide early signals for trade entries.

Nasdaq and Russell 2000 have both fully erased all losses caused by the US-Iran war and completely recovered.

Both are up 9% from the March bottom.

If you are free from the noise of headlines, here is what we actually have right now:

β€’ Global M2 supply is at an all-time high.
β€’ ISM is at a 40-month high, printing above 52 for the last 3 consecutive months.
β€’ Inflation is under control, near a 60-month low.
β€’ A new Fed chair is on the way.

If the US-Iran conflict resolves in the coming days or weeks, we could see a strong rally in the market.

Ignore the noise. Understand the fundamentals.
