A startup called Inversion has introduced Arc, a space-based vehicle designed to deliver cargo anywhere on Earth in under an hour.

It can travel at Mach 25 during re-entry, store cargo in orbit for up to 5 years, and land autonomously using an AI-guided system.

Built with support from NASA Ames Research Centre, it will first serve defence missions, with full global delivery operations planned by 2028.
