$IBRX PSS just announced: "The world bank of natural killer cells is close." What he revealed:

- Billions of NK cells produced
- Successfully cryopreserved (frozen, shippable, ready to use)
- Over 60 healthy volunteers and cancer patients
- Data coming soon
- Leonardo AI robot: zero human touchpoints

He reposted his Feb 20 video: manual vs. robotic, 13 human touchpoints reduced to zero.

Why this matters: CAR-T therapies cost $373K–$475K per patient—custom-made from your own cells, with weeks of delay. PSS is describing off-the-shelf NK cells from a donor bank: freeze, ship, thaw, inject. Any patient, anywhere.

"Data coming soon"—two days after the sBLA filing. M-ceNK Phase 1 has 10 patients treated, 64 with cells banked. CAR-NK has shown durable complete responses in lymphoma. The next wave is not just ANKTIVA expansions—it is an entirely new modality.

A drug gets you an approval. A world bank of killer cells gets you an industry.

Starlink V2 coming for global 5G speeds. 150 Mbps. Regular LTE phones. No mods. 100x data density. Polar coverage next. Dead zones running thin.
Quiet part loud: SpaceX now owns every layer of the stack needed to be a global cellular carrier. And now has a plan to beam it direct to your cell phone.

Starlink Mobile v2 sits on top of:
- The rockets (Starship)
- The satellites (15,000 approved)
- The spectrum ($17B from EchoStar)
- The chipset partnerships (Qualcomm, MediaTek)
- Carrier deals across 32 countries on six continents

They're currently partnering with T-Mobile and a dozen more carriers serving as invisible infrastructure underneath.
But Elon has publicly talked about competing directly with carriers. Just last week they laid out their plan launch 1,200 satellites in six months starting mid 2027

50 per Starship. Each satellite carrying antennas five times larger than the current fleet. Hundred-foot solar arrays. Custom SpaceX silicon. 20 times the throughput of what's in orbit today. 100x data density of V1

The result: 150 Mbps download speeds beamed directly from low Earth orbit to the phone in your pocket anywhere on earth

70% of the planet has no service. Starlink will make that 0% and now every carrier in the world is forced to partner with the company that could eventually replace them

Wow this is pretty huge. Elon just laid out the xAI <> Tesla collab.
It's Digital Optimus: Full Self-Driving but for your computer screen

Instead of processing static screenshots like every other AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.), it watches a continuous 5-second video stream of your screen in real time

This is the exact same paradigm shift that FSD v12 made when it replaced 300,000 lines of C++ code with end-to-end neural networks processing raw video.

Every other computer-use AI takes a screenshot → thinks → acts → takes another screenshot.
Basically a flipbook.
Digital Optimus watches continuous video in real time with no gaps.
It's like the difference between MapQuest printing directions and Waze rerouting you live.

The craziest part: it runs on a $650 Tesla AI4 chip.
Anthropic and OpenAI's computer agents run on cloud GPUs that cost orders of magnitude more per session. $650 edge device vs. $30,000+ GPU inference is a pretty big deal

Scientists used 200,000 human brain cells to play DOOM. The cells had never seen a computer. They learned in real time. They got better.

Separately: an entire fruit fly brain, 139,000 neurons, 50 million connections, was copied into a laptop. It predicts real brain responses with 90%+ accuracy.

The biological computing timeline:
2021 → neurons learn Pong
2022 → fruit fly brain fully mapped
2024 → entire fly brain simulated on a laptop
2026 → human brain cells play DOOM

A GPU needs ~700W to run an LLM.
The brain runs the whole show on 20W.

We're spending trillions on building the next giant AI training computer but what if the solution to our energy needs was just copying the technology already running in our heads?

I honestly believe that before this decade is over, we’re going to see something that may sound crazy to many today…

A billion-dollar company run by one person.

And the reason is something Elon just talked announced today - Digital Optimus.

I'm still digesting word for word and the implications of this, but what Elon just described is on a completely different level. It’s a joint project between Tesla and xAI, and the way it's going to work is actually pretty fascinating.

You have to think of Grok as the brain... the part that understands the world, thinks things through, and decides what needs to be done.

Then you have Digital Optimus... which actually carries out the work. It watches your computer screen in real time, sees what’s happening, and can take actions using the keyboard and mouse just like a human would.

Elon compares it to how our minds work.

• Digital Optimus is system 1, the fast instinctive part of your brain that does things automatically.
• Grok is system 2, the thinking part that plans, reasons, and makes decisions.

Together, they can operate software, run workflows, and handle tasks across entire systems.

What mind boggles me is that this technology isn't even running on some insanely expensive supercomputer that only a giant tech company or wealthy people can afford. Elon intentionally put the cost in his post and said the system can run very competitively on Tesla’s AI4 hardware - only ~$650 - while only occasionally tapping into the much more expensive NVIDIA hardware from xAI when deeper thinking is needed.

Bro... that's wild. This tool won't be accessible to only the wealthy, it will be for everyone.

Elon even said this system could emulate the functions of entire companies! This means people like you and I can create any company in the world, especially if it's digital.

That’s the reason why the project’s internal name is MACROHARD, a tongue-in-cheek reference to Microsoft (take that Bill Gates!)

What this means is the software itself could run the operations that used to require whole teams of people. I'm talking customer support, marketing, operations, research, execution... all coordinated by one person directing the system.

You have to really think about this for a second.

For all of history, building a $ billion-dollar company required thousands of employees, layers of management, offices around the world, and massive $ capital.

But now... when software can actually do the work, the bottleneck becomes something very different. Building the next $ billion business now comes down to things like vision, judgment, leadership... one person with the right idea - directing an army of digital workers - could build something that previously required an entire corporation.

That’s why I truly believe we’re going to see it.

Within this decade, someone is going to run a billion-dollar company alone. And I don't say this lightly, but that person could be me or you.

Bc soon, we are going to have Digital Optimus doing it all for us.

Elon Musk laid out a plan to build a workforce larger than any country's labor pool and it requires zero humans.

He says digital human emulation will be solved by the end of 2026.

That means an AI that can fully replicate anything a human can do sitting at a computer screen.

That is what Macrohard is.

A digital version of Optimus, an AI system that fully emulates a human worker operating a computer in real time.

Grok handles the thinking and planning while Digital Optimus handles the execution.

One brain, one set of hands, working together on a $650 Tesla AI4 chip that already sits inside millions of vehicles on the road right now.

Then he posed a bigger question. In the limit, what is the absolute most AI can do before physical robots exist?

His answer, anything that involves moving electrons.

Emails, spreadsheets, code, research, customer service, accounting, legal review, project management.

He said this is only step one.

Step two is physical Optimus, humanoid robots that can do everything a digital worker cannot.

And then he said something that changes the math on everything.

He called Optimus the infinite money glitch because robots can build more robots and the system scales itself.

Three exponentials multiplied together.

Better AI models, cheaper hardware and self-replicating physical labor and all compounding at the same time.

No other company on the planet has this combination.

Notice how Trump is now calling Iran a "Preventive war". Did you know WW1 was started as a preventive war to stop Russian railway building? Where does China's Belt and Road initiative run... through the Middle East The only thing that's missing is the false…

Exactly! War with Iran is framed as a preventive war just like WW1.

WW3 is a preventive war which real purpose is to stop China's Belt & Road initiative through the Middle East, just like the WW1 was to stop Russia's railway building through Europe. The goal is a regional war.
