🇺🇸 US Allows India to Take Russian Oil Already at Sea🛢️
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent says global oil supply remains adequate thanks to US energy dominance.
To ease the current supply disruption, Washington is allowing India to temporarily accept Russian oil cargoes already stranded at sea.
⚠️ This is strictly short term
⚠️ Only applies to cargoes already on the water
The goal is to stabilize global oil supply without materially boosting Russian revenues.

This additional tungsten demand is units lost to the market. It is not recycled - unlike machine tools consumption where approximately 65% is recycled.
