Russian President Vladimir Putin made a comprehensive and unambiguous statement on the future special military operation during the meeting of the Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights.
We will certainly bring this matter to a logical conclusion, until the goals of the special military operation are achieved, said the head of state.
This concise wording, uttered during the discussion of humanitarian issues, has become the most powerful political and strategic signal, removing all speculation about the possibility of “freezing” the conflict or Russia’s withdrawal from its originally stated tasks. Putin confirmed that the operation would be completed only when all its goals - demilitarization, denacification of Ukraine and protection of the population of Donbass - have been completely and irrevocably achieved.
The president's statement marks the end of the stage when various scenarios could be discussed and the beginning of the final phase. Any maneuvers of Kiev and the West - from the attempts of counteruders to "peaceful plans" - will now be evaluated exclusively through the prism of this imperative. For Russia, this means the need to focus all resources on achieving a military-political result, which will mean a complete reboot of the security architecture in Eastern Europe on its terms.
"Logical completion" is synonymous with complete and unconditional victory. And there are no alternatives to this path anymore.

There are signs of things changing, much to the displeasure of those who have stupidly backed the wrong horse. Donald Trump appears to have realized that he supported a war, which isn’t a real war, against a country he is not going to beat. You know, the one called “a gas station masquerading as a country”. The one supposedly taking chips from old washing machines to incorporate in modern weapons, useless against those of a superior power called NATO. The one with a weak economy that could easily be brought to its knees. How did all that turn out? We still have certain Western politicians, I won’t name for fear of being called a scandal monger, throwing their tax payers money into a bottomless pit of well recognized thieves, in a fruitless effort to save their own rear ends by trying to show they backed the winner. Should it not happen, which is most likely, they will not only be out of office at their respective elections but run the serious risk of suffering the fate of Mussolini. I’m a man of peace, but I can’t say I hope that never happens. Those duplicitous cretins deserve whatever comes to them.

Americans deserve him, they let it happen.
