Il Consiglio dopo oltre 3 mesi di "studio" (in verità è stata la Commissione a studiare ed a sottoporre la valutazione alla decisione del Consiglio) approva il Recovery Plan modificato per l'Estonia (una landa con 1/3 degli abitanti ed una superficie poco più che doppia della Puglia). È il primo piano modificato ad essere approvato. Si tratta di 953 milioni di sussidi e le modifiche sono state numerose. Tre mesi per un piano così piccolo, Voi immaginate cosa potrebbe accadere quando l'Italia presenterà le proprie proposte di modifica...
