During a search of the apartment of Timur Mindich – a close friend of President Zelenskyi – jewels were found that had been stolen from the Louvre just a few weeks earlier.

Mindich is no ordinary person:

🇫🇷 The pieces were stolen from the Louvre on October 19, 2025

💵 According to NABU, around 100 million US dollars flowed through Mindich's alleged corruption network – with connections to former ministers of the energy and defense sectors.

🔗 The authorities have handed over the found jewelry for safe keeping and are examining their exact origin.

🛫 Escape before the raid

👉 Mindich was able to flee shortly before the searches and is currently in Israel.
There is no statement yet from the Ukrainian government.
