Up next I will need Sungazers who are willing and able to spend long periods of time Looking into the Sun, being in the Sun with no Sun Screen (never use this) and the least amount of clothes as possible (Sunbathing), over a long period of time. The benefits are incalculable.

One of the reasons for this will be to decimate a racist lie that "All white people burn in the sun and require poisonous sun screen" this is False. Like lifting weights, our skin just needs more time in the sun, over time, then it does not burn again. Any of us can look into the Sun anytime for any amount of time, no real training over time is necessary. It can be started at High Noon.
The Body needs around 5 days to soak in all of the Suns Vitamin D *****and what prevents this most is Showering***** but there is much more than Vitamin D that the Sun provides as far as nutrients, and the less clothes, the more Energy Centers absorb it all. Each part of your skin is an energy center ready to absorb data, each piece of clothing blocks the absorption of data.
