BIM & Digital Twin Technology, setting up Common data environment (CDE)
Construction digitalization, e.g. Apps, ChatBot & AI data analytics

Integrated Construction - Overall digital projects integration manage
Our clients include real estate developers, contractors, government, and public service companies. We are looking for Engineers, Modelers, Game Developers, and IT Developers. Any people with passion, no matter what background, are welcome to join us!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Implement innovative solutions for construction planning, scheduling, and programme development of project activities, including design, statutory submissions and approvals, procurement process, construction, inspection, close-out, and handover process.
• Design and submit innovative proposals for construction and facility management works.
• Familiar with site supervision activities and surveys
• Liaise with clients, government authorities, project stakeholders, and end-users. Manage contractors and vendors for project success
• Identify risks and opportunities with mitigation strategies to maintain key project milestones and completion dates for digital solution implementation.
• Handle troubleshoot emergencies, equipment problems, technical issues, organize and oversee resolutions
• Support business development by understanding users needs and new trends

 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Degree in Building Studies, Construction Management, Architecture, M&E, Civil, Structural Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent preferred.
• Qualified member of HKIE or ICE is preferable
• Experience in communicating with Bureaux / Departments / Related Organisations is preferred
• At least 5 years solid experience in construction projects or facility management.
• Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of BIM model software applications is an advantage
• Experience with Python, data analytic, or BI tools and is a plus.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
•  Smart City Digital Twin innovation development
•  Develop software system and user interface for a cloud data exchange platform and parametric data-driven 4D virtual space, including managing          resources to deliver required results around cost, quality, and time
              o   Non-structural database e.g. MongoDB
              o   Data exchange system
              o   3D game engine e.g. Unity or Unreal and,
              o   Streaming technology for data exchange and 3D visualization.
• Interface with internal and external parties, and collaborate with other IM domains to drive business and technology innovation
• Code in various fit to purpose languages/framework any one of Java, .net,     Node.js, AngularJS, ReactJS, Python etc. 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
•  Technical degree holder with 0-5 years of software development experience.
•  Experience with AWS is preferred.
•  Experience in developing solutions and making decisions for a team with only minimal management guidance and supervision
•  Knowledge of how to lever technology to reduce operational costs and deliver business innovation in a fast-moving and dynamic industry sector
•  Ability to evaluate solutions and carry out a cost-benefit analysis, balancing business needs, financial needs, and development risk.
•  Experience with 3D modeling, game engine, and game streaming is preferred.
•  Self-motivated, passionate, responsible with a can-do attitude
•  Experience with construction industry is a plus

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Responsible for overall system architecture planning
• Setup, develop, and maintain backend systems for middle to large scale projects with scalable cloud base infrastructure (AWS / Azure). AWS Certified Solutions Architect is preferred.
• Set up data integration and analytic platform to support business needs.
• Provide insights on new technology trends in internet industries and carry out implementation
• Work closely with Software Developers within the company to ensure proper system integration
• Identify technical strategy and lead the technical architecture design for each functional area
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• University graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• 4-6 years tech lead position with proven record on scalable system architecture design
• Setup, develop, and maintain backend systems for small-middle projects with scalable cloud base infrastructure (AWS / Azure).
• Experience in Big Data and data warehouse setup
• Familiar with database management systems such as Mongo, MSSQL Server, MySQL will be an advantage.
• Code in various fit to purpose languages/framework any one of Java, .net, Node.js, AngularJS, ReactJS, Python, etc will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, passionate, responsible with a can-do attitude
• Experience with the construction industry is a plus
