Spokesperson of the Global Sumud Flotilla Saif Abukeshek has provided a "mission up-date" in a post on Instagram, confirming that Israeli occupation forces have intercepted 13 boats at sea.

Abukeshek said there were more than 201 people from 37 countries on those boats, including 30 participants from Spain; 22 from Italy; 21 from Turkey; and 12 from Malaysia.

He said the group's "mission is going on" despite the detention and vessels are continuing to sail "through the Mediterranean to break the siege on Gaza”.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza:
- For the second year in a row, women in Gaza are being deprived of early detection protocols and programs for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of breast cancer.
- It is impossible to determine the effectiveness of the applied preventive protocols due to the destruction of primary care centers and diagnostic imaging departments.
- Women who were diagnosed with the disease before and during the war do not have access to specialized treatment and medical follow-up.
- Cancer medications are among the most affected services due to the crisis of drug and medical shortages, especially for breast cancer.
- The decline in proper and integrated nutrition levels has had catastrophic effects on women suffering from the disease.
- The health system in Gaza lacks prevention, control, early detection methods, and case monitoring, which contradicts international health trends.
- A number of women with breast cancer are in dire need of radiation therapy, which is not available in the Gaza Strip, and they are denied travel abroad to receive it.
- The closure of crossings, ban on medications, destruction of specialized treatment centers, and deterioration of economic and living conditions exacerbate the severity of the health situation for many cases.

In a historic event, the ship Mikeno managed, for the first time, to break the naval blockade and enter Gaza’s territorial waters as the first civilian vessel.

According to CNN Türk, the ship has been stationary for half an hour with a speed of zero — which means that Israel managed to seize the ship inside Gaza’s territorial waters, about 9 miles off the Gaza mainland.

The use of Naguib Sawiris as an Arab figurehead demonstrates how international plans are packaged for acceptability while their core goals undermine Palestinian sovereignty and self-determination.
The U.S. Embassy in Yemen announced that any ships delivering or offloading refined fuel to the Houthis after April 4, 2025, could face severe sanctions, and their crews might be exposed to attacks or hostage situations.

The Houthis responded, stating that the U.S. oil export ban is not a violation of the ceasefire agreement but a reaction to the American-imposed blockade.

They emphasized that they will respond to aggression and the blockade in kind, warning that international silence could turn the world into a battlefield governed by the law of the jungle. They called for a fair international system that protects the dignity of peoples and ensures security and peace for all.
