Gaza’s Governmental Media Office reported that the Israeli occupation is delaying the entry of humanitarian aid into the Strip, despite the ceasefire agreement being in effect for several weeks.

Mohammed Ibrash (media 1,2)
- From Al-Am'ari Camp, Ramallah.
- Arrested in 2003, sentenced to three life terms for killing three IOF soldiers through shootings and explosives.
- Health Issues: Lost his left leg in an assassination attempt and had a prosthetic leg, which developed gangrene due to medical neglect. Suffers from shrapnel wounds, heart arrhythmia, severe ear infections, total blindness in one eye and near blindness in the other due to mistreatment.
- Mohammed, his brothers, and his cousins spent collectively about 200 years in occupation prisons.
- He smuggled a letter out of prison in which he said: "Do not tell my mother I have become blind. She sees me but I cannot see her. I smile and trick her during visits when she wants to show me pictures of my brothers, friends and neighborhood neighbors. She does not know that I have become blind after the disease crept into my eyes until darkness invaded my entire body."
- Journalist and activist Mohammed Fakhri stated: "The last message I received about him was from his brother, that he will undergo a cornea transplant. Thank God, his name is Muhammad Khamis Ibrash, and he is included in the deal and will be released today."

- Arrested on January 24, 2009, and sentenced to 29 years in prison.
- Accused of attempting to kidnap an IOF soldier, carrying out an armed attack on occupation forces in Gaza, and planning operations against military units.
- Health Issues: Suffers from slipped disc, asthma, irritable bowel syndrome, and injuries from IOF airstrike shrapnel near his lower spine before his arrest. Also diagnosed with lymph node tumor in the throat, tuberculosis, severe lung infections, stomach ulcers causing internal bleeding, chronic involuntary urination, leg spasms, loss of bowel and facial control, breathing difficulties leading to fainting, and vision problems.
Nabil Khalil Harb (media 6)
- Arrested in 2010, sentenced to 18 years.
- Accused of involvement in "Tina Omrim" operation, which targeted an IOF settlement in Al-Dhahiriya, Al-Khalil, injuring three settlers.
- Known for participating in hunger strikes to demand prisoners’ rights.
Samer Ahmad Mahmoud Matar (media 7)
- From Al-Khalil.
- Arrested in 2013, sentenced to 13 years.
- Health Issues: Suffers from nerve problems, vitamin deficiency, colon issues, stomach bleeding, heart conditions, and severe gum and dental infections.
- Receives only painkillers instead of proper medical treatment.
