In a previous will, the martyr Ibrahim Al-Nabulsi expressed his wishes, demanding an end to spies and for all to point their compass towards the occupation.

It is imperative to firmly safeguard our people from infiltration and honor the wills of our martyrs.
ANAS AL-SHARIF’S FINAL WILL AND TESTAMENT:

“This is my will, and my final message.

If my words reach you, then know that Israel has succeeded in killing me and silencing my voice.

Peace and mercy and blessings of God be upon you.

God knows that I have given all that I possess of effort and strength to be a support and a voice for my people, ever since I opened my eyes to life in the alleyways and streets of Jabalia refugee camp. My greatest wish was to return one day to my family and siblings in my hometown of the occupied city of Asqalan (“Majdal”), but it was God’s will—so all praise to Him, the Most High, the Most Wise.

I have lived through pain in all its details, and tasted sorrow and loss countless times. Yet despite this, not a single day passed without striving to convey the truth as it is, without distortion or falsification. May God be my witness that those who killed us did not silence our hearts, and those who besieged us did not break our souls. They did not move the toys of our children from our hands, nor stop the melody that our people have been humming for more than a year and a half.

I urge you to hold on to Palestine, the jewel of the Muslim crown and the beating heart of every free soul in this world.

I urge you to hold on to its people, and to protect its oppressed children who have not yet lived out their full lives—so that they may dream and live in peace and safety.

Thousands of tons of bombs, rockets, and Israeli shells have torn apart their innocent bodies, scattering them to pieces, and their songs have been etched into the walls.

I urge you not to let the chains bind you, and not to let the borders confine you. Be bold in striving for the liberation of the land and its return, until the sun of dignity and freedom rises over our wounded country.

I urge you to take care of my beloved daughter, Sham, whose days were not long enough to see her grow as I had dreamed.

I urge you to take care of my precious son, Salah, whom I wished to accompany and walk alongside until he grew up, carrying the burden and continuing the message.

I urge you to care for my dear mother, whose prayers have been my fortress and whose light has guided my path. I ask God to keep her heart firm and to reward her with the best of rewards.

I also urge you to care for my wife, the love of my life, the mother of my beloved Salah, who has been my partner for many long days and months—yet remained steadfast in her vow, firm as an olive tree branch, patient and content in all circumstances.

I urge you to gather around them, and to be their support after the strength and might of God.
If I die, then I die steadfast in my principles. I bear witness before God that I am content with His decree, believing in meeting Him, and certain that what is with God is better and everlasting.

O Allah, count me among the martyrs, forgive me my past and future sins, and make my blood a light that illuminates the path of freedom for my people and my family.

Forgive me if I have fallen short, and pray for me to receive mercy, for I have remained true to my covenant, never changing nor replacing it.

Do not forget Gaza…

And do not forget me from your righteous prayers for forgiveness and acceptance.”

Tamer Al-Mishal shared the final words journalist Anas Al-Sharif told Al Jazeera’s team last night, just hours before he was assassinated by the Israeli occupation forces.
Newsweek shared an image dated August 7, 2025, and released by the Chinese satellite firm MizarVision shows the buildup of Israeli occupation military forces at the Karni crossing near northeastern Gaza.

The photo shows movements and formations that were consistent with preparations for a significant ground invasion of Gaza City.
The Guardian shared a cartoon by Ben Jennings on the killing of journalists in Gaza
Huda Ammori, co-founder of Palestine Action, says UK ministers are making false and defamatory claims by calling the group “violent,” when this contradicts the government’s own intelligence.

Court documents from the Joint Terrorism Analysis Center show the group does not advocate violence against people and that most of its actions, such as spraying paint on warplanes or occupying arms factories, would not be classified as terrorism.

This comes after 532 people, half of them over 60, were arrested under the Terrorism Act for allegedly supporting Palestine Action, sparking criticism that peaceful protest is being criminalised.

Downing Street and Home Secretary Yvette Cooper insist the group is violent, citing property damage. But campaigners, including Defend Our Juries, say ministers are misleading the public, warning that defending Palestine Action could result in a 14-year prison sentence.
The blood of martyrs writes the truth they fear, and the voice of journalists screams despite every attempt to silence them.
