Number of Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks rises to 42,792
Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip over the past 24-hour reporting period have killed 74 Palestinians and wounded 130 others, according to the latest daily update by the Health Ministry in Gaza.
The figures brought the overall casualties toll since the start of the war to at least 42,792 people killed and 100,412 wounded, with thousands more missing under the rubble of destroyed buildings.

The city on the Mediterranean coast of southern Lebanon, the site of the latest expansion of devastating Israeli air attacks on the country, is one of the region’s oldest and historically most significant cities.
It has been continuously inhabited for more than 4,000 years, also rising to prominence as a key maritime and trade hub in the Mediterranean under different empires.
Tyre is also known for its Roman ruins, including a hippodrome and triumphal arches, which have earned UNESCO World Heritage status.
Today, it is Lebanon’s fifth-largest city with an estimated population of more than 135,000 people. Its economy is primarily driven by agriculture, fishing and tourism.
