Fighting between Israeli occupational forces and Palestinian fighters continued in Gaza City’s Shujayea neighbourhood as the United Nations Agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) warned of increasingly “desperate” conditions for displaced civilians amid soaring temperatures and the pile up of rubbish and sewage.
