3. Israel was trying to save face while not escalation to all out war with Iran

4. Iran's deterrence against Israel has succeeded, Israel isn't serious about going to war with Iran, they can only kill women and children. They will likely go into Rafah and continue the genocide instead.

5. Iran is now in a difficult position, how to respond to this mosquito non-existent attack? Would responding be giving it air?
