Haniyeh Meets His Highness the Emir of Qatar

This morning in the Qatari capital, Doha, the fighter brother Ismail Haniyeh, Head of the Political Bureau of the Movement, met with His Highness the Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

The two sides reviewed developments related to the Palestinian cause, especially ways to stop the aggression on the Gaza Strip and organize the internal Palestinian house.

The Head of the Movement emphasized the necessity of stopping the massacres committed by the occupation against defenseless children, women, and civilians. He extensively explained the criminal starvation war that the zionist enemy is waging against our steadfast and patient people, leading to an unprecedented humanitarian disaster, especially in Gaza City and the north of the Strip, in the context of the genocide waged against our people.

The Head of the Movement stressed that the enemy uses suffering to deprive our people of their aspirations for freedom and liberation from occupation and siege. He pointed out that stopping the starvation war is of the utmost importance and should not be linked to any other issues, and that we will not allow the enemy to use negotiations as a cover for this crime.

The fighter brother Ismail Haniyeh confirmed that the Movement responded to the efforts of the mediator brothers and agreed on the path of negotiations to stop the aggression, showing high seriousness and flexibility, but sees that the zionist enemy is procrastinating, which the Movement will not accept under any circumstances, and time will not be open-ended for that.

The government of Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Mohammed Shtayyeh officially submitted its resignation today after Shtayyeh led the government for five years.

In a series of laughable Facebook posts, Shtayyeh claimed that his government had "remained faithful to the martyrs, prisoners, and our people in Gaza," while for the last five years, his corrupt anti-liberation government has pursued, attacked, kidnapped, and killed Palestinian fighters, leaders (such as Khader Adnan and Ahmed Sa'adat), activists, students, and freed prisoners. In June 2023, Shtayyeh insulted a man who demanded that Shtayyeh deploy the 70,000 armed men of the PA Security Forces to protect villages from settler attacks, after his wife and house were attacked.
