The international impotence and the American cover for the starvation crime used by the occupation as a weapon to achieve political objectives is a stain of disgrace on the forehead of humanity, one that history will not erase. The concealment of the American administration behind misleading statements about the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip will not absolve it from its responsibility and participation in the war crimes committed against unarmed civilians.
One month after the decisions of the International Court of Justice, which ordered measures to stop any acts leading to genocide in the Gaza Strip, the world stands today as a witness to the escalation of the occupation's crimes and violations, and its war to starve our people in the north of the Strip, with the aim of subjugating them, breaking their will, and punishing them for their resistance to forced displacement projects, which requires a clear stance from the court and the international community to stop this fascist aggression and hold the Nazi criminal leaders of the occupation accountable.

This morning in the Qatari capital, Doha, the fighter brother Ismail Haniyeh, Head of the Political Bureau of the Movement, met with His Highness the Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
The two sides reviewed developments related to the Palestinian cause, especially ways to stop the aggression on the Gaza Strip and organize the internal Palestinian house.
The Head of the Movement emphasized the necessity of stopping the massacres committed by the occupation against defenseless children, women, and civilians. He pointed out that stopping the starvation war is of the utmost importance and should not be linked to any other issues, and that we will not allow the enemy to use negotiations as a cover for this crime.
The fighter brother Ismail Haniyeh confirmed that the Movement responded to the efforts of the mediator brothers and agreed on the path of negotiations to stop the aggression, showing high seriousness and flexibility, but sees that the zionist enemy is procrastinating, which the Movement will not accept under any circumstances, and time will not be open-ended for that.
