Geneva - According to preliminary investigations conducted by Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor and testimonies it has collected, a five-year-old Palestinian girl, Hind Rajab, and her relatives were killed in a planned execution carried out by the Israeli army in Gaza City in broad daylight.

Hind and five of her family members were riding in a civilian car in the Tal al-Hawa neighbourhood, in the southwestern part of Gaza City, on Monday, 29 January, at around 5 pm, when they were exposed to direct and repeated fire from the Israeli army, according to Euro-Med Monitor.

Geneva - Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor has documented the Israeli army deliberately killing Palestinian civilians, including journalists, as they attempted to access communications and internet services to communicate with their families or employers, by targeting them with sniper or drone attacks in various areas of the Gaza Strip.

At least seven civilians have been killed in the North Gaza Governorate in less than a week after they were directly targeted by Israeli army drones in the Al-Bashir area of Tal Al-Zaatar in Jabalia Camp. First;y: The Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces continued to engage with the "israeli" enemy forces and confront them on the axes of advancement in Khan Younis, using heavy machine guns, explosive devices, anti-personnel and anti-tank rockets, and hand grenades, inflicting heavy losses among the enemy, both killed and wounded.

We have documented the deliberate killing of Palestinian civilians, including journalists, by the occupation forces while they were trying to catch the signal for communications and the internet to connect with their families or workplaces.

The killings are carried out through direct targeting by sniping and shooting from drones in various areas of the Gaza Strip.

In less than a week, we have documented the martyrdom of at least 7 civilians in the North Gaza Governorate, after they were directly targeted by drones of the occupation army in the Al-Bashir area in Tal Al-Zaatar in the Jabalia camp, while they were trying to connect to the internet to check on their relatives and friends.

As a result of the "israeli" forces destroying mobile phone transmission stations and telecommunications exchanges, Palestinian civilians resort to high places in an attempt to catch a communications signal from alternative networks to operate the internet on electronic cards.

The "israeli" targeting of civilians while they attempt to catch communication and internet signals focuses on besieged areas, which are witnessing severe human rights violations, hindering journalistic coverage of these violations and preventing residents from transmitting them.
