Norway’s Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store has said Israel’s response to the October 7 attack inside its territory has been disproportionate.

“International law stipulates that it [reaction] must be proportionate. Civilians must be taken into account, and humanitarian law is very clear on this. I think this limit has been largely exceeded,” Store told NRK public radio
