Casualties were reported in the Israeli terror attack of an area sheltering displaced Palestinians in the Al-Hasayna area west of Al-Nuseirat refugee camp, central Gaza Strip.
Months after Israelโ€™s expanded military aggression against the refugee camps of Jenin and Tulkarem in the occupied West Bank, UNRWA confirmed that more than 42,000 Palestinian refugees remain forcibly displaced, without reliable access to food, water, or shelter.
A group of 48 athletes, including Franceโ€™s World Cup winner Paul Pogba and England cricketer Moeen Ali, signed a statement demanding Israelโ€™s suspension from international football over its genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.

The United Nations has added 68 companies to its blacklist for alleged complicity in violations related to Israeli settlements in the West Bank. The authoritative source containing the full list of these companies is the UN "database of companies," released as document A/HRC/60/19 by the UN Human Rights Office. This official database now includes a total of 158 companies implicated in these activities, encompassing the 68 newly added firms. These companies operate across 11 countries and span multiple sectors, including construction materials, earthmoving equipment, security services, travel, and financial services.

The blacklist aims to identify businesses contributing to or benefiting from Israeli settlements, which are illegal under international law. The UN Human Rights Office continues to maintain and update this database as part of its monitoring and reporting efforts.

Title: Escalating Violence in Gaza and International Calls for Action

Key Updates:

- Genocide in Gaza: At least 36 Palestinians have been killed in recent Israeli terrorist attacks on Gaza. Among the victims are at least 10 displaced Palestinians in the Nuseirat refugee camp and 15 in Gaza City.

The genocide has resulted in at least 66,005 deaths and 168,162 injuries in Gaza since October 2023.

- Tragic Death of Infant: Two-and-a-half-month-old Eid Mahmoud Abu Jamma has died from malnutrition and lack of medical treatment in Khan Younis city, southern Gaza, as reported by Nasser Hospital.

- Destruction and Humanitarian Crisis: Israeli occupation forces continue to destroy infrastructure, residential buildings, and neighborhoods, severely hindering medical teamsโ€™ ability to reach injured individuals and those trapped under rubble.

- International Response: Saudi Arabiaโ€™s Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, addressed the UN General Assembly urging the international community to take responsibility and end Israelโ€™s ongoing genocide in Gaza.

- US Political Developments: California Democratic Congressman Ro Khanna, backed by 47 House Democrats, has led a petition urging the US Secretary of State to recognize Palestine, following the example of various European nations.

Palestine hails โ€˜courageous decisionโ€™ by San Marino to recognise its statehood

Palestineโ€™s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has welcomed the move by San Marino to recognise Palestinian statehood.

Hamas has said negotiations for a ceasefire in Gaza have been suspended since Israelโ€™s attack on Hamasโ€™s negotiating team in Qatarโ€™s capital, Doha, in early September, adding it has not received any new proposals from mediators.

Israeli settlers have attacked a Palestinian Bedouin community in Mukhmas village in the governorate of Jerusalem, according to the Wafa news agency, closing off the only road leading to it and severing electricity cables.

The United Arab Emiratesโ€™ Foreign Minister Lana Nusseibeh has told the UN General Assembly that Israeli threats to annex the West Bank are โ€œunacceptableโ€.

Muhammad Abu Salmiya, the director of al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, the largest medical complex in the Gaza Strip, has told AP that medical teams are worried about Israeli tanks approaching the vicinity of the hospital and not allowing access to it.

UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper has told The Guardian that โ€œconsensus, a real, huge consensusโ€ is building around a peace deal to end the war in Gaza.

Stay tuned for more updates on this developing situation.
The humanitarian flotilla heading for Gaza is now just days away from reaching the Strip.

Dozens of ships of the Global Sumud Flotilla left the Greek island of Crete on Saturday.

Spain and Italy have dispatched two naval vessels to provide assistance to the flotilla if necessary.

The ships have come under numerous attacks during their journey. Their goal is to break Israel's siege of Gaza.

Colombian President Gustavo Petro has dismissed the decision of United States President Donald Trumpโ€™s administration to revoke his visa over his criticism of Israelโ€™s genocide on Gaza, saying that Washington โ€œno longer respects international lawโ€.

โ€œI no longer have a visa to travel to the United States. I donโ€™t care. I donโ€™t need a visa โ€ฆ because Iโ€™m not only a Colombian citizen but a European citizen, and I truly consider myself a free person in the world,โ€ Petro wrote.

Palestinians mourn loved ones killed in recent terror attacks on Gaza.
German activist and steering committee member Yasemin Acar said the Global Sumud Flotilla is โ€œon the final leg of its mission.โ€

According to organisersโ€™ calculations, the flotilla is nearing the area where the Madleen ship from the previous Freedom Flotilla was intercepted by Israeli forces.

The flotilla is currently accompanied by an Italian navy vessel, while a Spanish naval ship is also expected to join shortly.

Additional volunteer vessels are set to reinforce the mission before reaching Gaza, including The Conscience, the largest ship to have participated in the earlier Freedom Flotilla.
