Israeli Terror attack in Yemen Kills 31 Journalists | Media Workers.

An Israeli occupation military terror attack on the offices of a Yemeni newspaper has killed 31 journalists and media support staff.

The attack, which reportedly hit the "26 September" newspaper's offices in Sanaa on September 10, also injured 22 journalists. The publication is the official outlet of the Yemeni army, which is controlled by Houthi rebels.

The CPJ stated this is the single deadliest incident for journalists since 2009. While acknowledging the newspaper's Houthi affiliation, a Yemeni journalists' group stressed that civilian journalists were among the casualties.

In a statement, the Israel Occupation Forces (IOF) said it had struck military targets belonging to the "Houthi terrorist regime," including its public relations department, which it holds responsible for distributing propaganda.

This incident occurs amidst ongoing genocide campaign; media advocacy groups report that over 270 journalists have been killed in Gaza since the genocide began in October 2023.
