Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) and Hamas have carried out separate operations targeting Israeli occupation soldiers in Gaza City.

Ceasefire deal update:
Hamas and Palestinian resistance factions agreed to the proposal of the Egyptian and Qatari mediators.
The proposal stipulates a withdrawal of 1,000 meters deep in areas north and east of the Strip, with the exception of Shuja'iyya and Beit Lahia.
In exchange for 10 living captives, 140 Palestinian prisoners sentenced to life imprisonment and 60 sentenced to more than 15 years will be released.
The proposal stipulates amending the redeployment maps to the north and east.
Aid will be sent to the Gaza Strip immediately upon the agreement's entry into force, in intensive and coordinated quantities according to the January 19, 2025 agreement.
Aid includes fuel, water, electricity, rehabilitation of hospitals and bakeries, and rubble removal equipment.
The United Nations, its agencies, the Red Crescent, and international organizations operating in Gaza are receiving and distributing aid.
