22 years ago today, 23 year-old American peace activist Rachel Corrie was run over, crushed and killed by an israeli operating a bulldozer.

Today marks the 22 year anniversary of Rachel Corrie's murder by Israel. They intentionally crushed her to death with a bulldozer for trying to stop the demolition of Palestinian homes. After they killed her they made it a ritual to make pancakes with her face on it to celebrate.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza has said at least 232 people were martyred in the wave of Israeli terrorist air strikes that pounded the territory.
