An Egyptian child on boycotting products from companies supporting the occupation: "I can't drink anything that's made from the blood of our Palestinian brothers... If I could go and stay with them, it would be the best thing I've ever done."

βMore than 136 journalists from Gaza lost their lives only for doing their job.β
Palestinian journalist Motaz:
I wished to be awarded this Freedom Prize the moment my country is free from the Israeli occupation.
We -Palestinians- have been suffering from the atrocities committed by the israeli occupation since 1948.
My people in Gaza are now being annihilated and starved while the world remains silent and no one stops this genocide and no one has been able to hold Israel accountable for its crimes, and we will fight for our freedom relentlessly and fearlessly till we witness the liberation of our land, my fight is not done yet.
Keep in mind that no one is free until Palestine is free.
After all the horror that I witnessed while covering the ongoing genocide and after the many times I almost was going to lose my life while reporting on it, there is nothing more important than the protection of journalists. I got the chance to evacuate Gaza, but my journalist colleagues in Gaza currently face threats that severely impact on their life, safety, and their ability to report the truth because of the israeli occupation and its heavy and indiscriminate bombardment.
More than 136 journalists from Gaza lost their lives only for doing their job, but with your support we can all together call for the protection and safety of the palestinian journalists still on the ground risking their lives to continue telling the truth.
I evacuated my beloved country Gaza, but I promised myself to make our message reach the world that we are people looking for our freedom and we are not terrorists.
Please do not stop talking and reporting about Gaza.

BREAKING: High school students from across Massachusetts take the streets, demanding an end to the genocide in Gaza and an end to ALL U.S. aid to Israel!
πJoin us in DC as we convene for a Peopleβs Court of Justice! Directly after the red line on June 8, lawyers and organizers will try Israeli and U.S. war criminals for their war crimes in Gaza! The crimes are many and are extensive, so we will be there all night!
π© While Biden refuses to draw a red line for Palestine, the people have. But we donβt just have the moral authorityβwe have a legitimate legal claim in international law. No case has been as well documented as Israelβs genocide on Gaza, and the fact becomes undeniable: Israel has always sought the complete annihilation of Palestine, and the U.S. has always supported it in its barbaric pursuits.
βοΈ We will hold a trial demanding that those responsible for the genocide are brought to justice. Israeli and U.S. officials, weapons companies, corporate mediaβall of these institutions have played a crucial part in the murder of over 40,000 Palestinians and the destruction of Gaza. The U.S. boasts of itself as a global pillar of democracy and moral righteousness, but the people know this is a lie. It is time for them to be held responsible.
π¨ After the red line, proceed to the Ellipse, just south of the White House, bring food and get ready to stay the night! We will hear the peopleβs indictment, with testimony from Gaza, the diaspora, and lawyers as we charge Israel and the U.S. with genocide!

Part 1
DALAL MUGHRABI (1959-1978) was a young Palestinian-Lebanese militant affiliated with Fatah (Palestinian National Liberation Movement). Born in Beirut, she joined Fatah at the young age of 13, receiving military education and training in weaponry and guerilla warfare. A few years later, she graduated from the Palestine Red Crescent Society's nursing courses. She joined the Jarmaq (Student) Battalion at age 16 during the Lebanese Civil War, during which she led an operation named Kamal Adwan. It is also reported that Mughrabi broke off an engagement to another fighter as he was displeased with her taking up arms in service of Palestinian liberation.

Part 2
During the Kamal Adwan operation when she was only 19, Dalal and her team - named the Deir Yassin Squad - took control of a bus in the Majan Michael settlement, directing it towards Jaffa, "Tel Aviv", and soon after took the passengers of a second bus hostage. In Dalal's address to the hostages, she stated, "We do not want to kill you. We are only holding you as hostages to free our brothers detained in the prisons of your alleged state...We are a people demanding their right to their homeland, which you stole. What brought you to our land?" Dalal then took out of the flag of Palestine, placed a kiss upon it, and said: "My country, my country, you have my love and my heart."
The fedayeen were not confronted by the "Israeli" forces until they passed by the outskirts of "Tel Aviv", where Dalal soon ordered her team to engage in battle after negotiations failed. Dalal was martyred during these battles in which many of the hostages were either wounded or murdered by the occupation forces.
Syrian poet Nizar Qabbani wrote, "After a thousand years, Arab children will read the following story: On the eleventh day of March 1978, eleven men and women were able to establish the Republic of Palestine inside a bus, and their republic lasted 4 hours. It does not matter how long this republic lasted.. The important thing is that it was founded. Dalal established the Palestinian Republic and raised the Palestinian flag."
