7⃣ Michael Lynk: β€˜International humanitarian law permits differential treatment of an indigenous population during an occupation, but only in a restricted fashion. Such treatment must be anchored in the principle that any infringements to human rights and equality are to be as minimal and proportional as possible during the conduct of an occupation that is both temporary and short-term. This is not the case in the 55-year-old occupation by Israel.

Permanent alien rule over occupied territory and its indigenous population is the antithesis of international humanitarian law and, in recent decades, the inexorable Israeli occupation has become indistinguishable from annexation.’

8️⃣ Francesca Albanese: β€˜Israel’s genocide on the Palestinians in Gaza is an escalatory stage of a longstanding settler colonial process of erasure. For over seven decades this process has suffocated the Palestinian people as a group – demographically, culturally, economically and politically –, seeking to displace it and expropriate and control its land and resources. The ongoing Nakba must be stopped and remedied once and for all. This is an imperative owed to the victims of this highly preventable tragedy, and to future generations in that land.β€˜

A - The Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories is a Special Rapporteur who works for the United Nations and reports on the human rights situation specifically in the occupied Palestinian territories.

B - The mandate was established in 1993 by the former Commission on Human Rights. The task of the Special Rapporteur is to assess the human rights situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, report publicly about it, and work with governments, civil society and others to foster international cooperation.

C - The mandate calls on the Special Rapporteur:
* To investigate Israel's violations of the principles and bases of international law, international humanitarian law and the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949, in the Palestinian territories occupied by Israel since 1967;
* To receive communications, to hear witnesses, and to use such modalities of procedure as he may deem necessary for his mandate; and
* To report, with his conclusions and recommendations, to the Commission on Human Rights at its future sessions, until the end of the Israeli occupation of those territories.

Israel:

Coca-Cola operates a factory in the illegal Israeli settlement of Atarot, which is built in Occupied Palestine.

From 1967 to 1991, Coke was officially boycotted by the Arab League for building a bottling plant in Israel.

In 2024, amidst a genocide in Gaza ... we should boycott...

Be courageous to talk about Palestine πŸ‡΅πŸ‡Έ

Courage is a heavy gift to carry, but not as heavy as 13,000 small coffins weighing on our conscience.

Jordanian women gather in support of Palestine and the resistance, organizing a demonstration in front of the Trade Union in Amman, demanding action to stop the Israeli genocide in Gaza.
WHAT DOES THE RESISTANCE WANT?

The Resistance broadly wants the end of Western interference in the Middle East. No bases, no interventions, no govt toppling, no economic blockades, no sponsoring hostile armed groups, etc. It is not different than what Russia wants in its backyard, and what China wants in its backyard; or what Americans themselves want in their backyard.

Israel, like Ukraine and Taiwan, is one of America and NATO's colonial outposts enforcing global unipolarity: the world order since 1991, led by the United States and its ruling financial oligarchy (Wall Street, etc.), that exploits the world to this oligarchy's benefit.

Thus, the regional forces of the Resistance in Palestine, Yemen, Syria, Iran and elsewhere are just another front in the global conflict between the forces of Unipolarity and an emerging Multipolarity: where each major region of the world (pole) can self-determine its own outcomes, with regions cooperating in mutually beneficial win-win agreements from trade to scientific accomplishment etc. Similar to China's international economic policies currently with regards to Belt & Road.

Regular Americans have nothing to gain from these overseas conflicts or the Unipolar System. America's constant involvement in these conflicts have NOT helped Americans earn better wages, have lower inflation, have lower cost of living, acquire housing, have better infrastructure, or lead meaningful, successful lives. All these conflicts have only ever benefited the pockets of the few who comprise the ruling class, while straining America's economy (thereby the people).

Since 2000, things have been getting worse and worse for average Americans as American imperial adventurism overextends itself after the Soviet collapse. More small businesses permanently closing, many industries outsourcing & destroying domestic labor, ever increasing drug abuse epidemics, decreasing homeownership, ever increasing unhappiness, ever increasing poverty, ever increasing cost of living, deteriorating infrastructure, an incompetent political leadership, and so on. All these wars do is drain the pockets of regular Americans and others around the world and enrich the few in the ruling class.

You do not have to support the Palestinian Resistance or others. They do not ask for it. The little they do ask is simply for Western citizens to help push for an end of Western govt involvement in their respective regions; for everyone to focus on their own problems. That is all.
Never forget that terrorism was created by the West and most terrorist organisations can be traced back to MI5, CIA, Mossad and other Western support/Funding.

Israel is a single example of criminal organisation formalised/normalised into an official state.

Tomorrow, April 5, marks the Palestinian Child's Day. Since the outbreak of the Israeli genocide in Gaza in early October 2023, at least 14,350 children have been killed by Israeli occupation forces.
Is Amazon/Google powering Israel’s Lavender AI system to target and murder Palestinians in Gaza?

According to the Nation, Amazon set up 3 data server centers to advance the tech industry and IDF AI programs.
The IDF is the primary beneficiary of a $1.2 billion contract between Israel, Amazon and Google.

Increasing Israel’s competence in AI

+972 mag reported that the IDF used at least 3 AI systems in conjunction with one another to target and kill Palestinians in Gaza: Lavender

These AI programs were trained on all sorts of data such as names, phone no.’s, addresses, biometrics, image and video, gps coordinates, social media profiles, facial features etc.

This is how they generated a massive Kill List.

Processing this amount of data, within seconds, for an IDF soldiers to green light requires an enormous amount of power and machinery.

Does Israel manage their own GPU server farms?

Or does Amazon/Google provide Israel with the machinery?

The Intercept reported that Google was selling β€œadvanced AI tools to Israel.

They were β€œworried about Israeli human rights abuses” but sold it to them anyway.
In this image, you can see an example of Google image recognition technology
And here you can see how Google AI can identify facial features and traits
These exact facial recognition features were used by Lavender to rate Palestinians and add them to the kill list
