Centre Directs States to Invoke Civil Defence Emergency Powers Amid Security Concerns
In response to rising security threats, the Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has issued an urgent directive to all states and Union Territories, urging them to invoke emergency provisions under the Civil Defence Rules, 1968. The move empowers local authorities to take swift decisions and make emergency procurements, particularly in scenarios involving potential attacks or large-scale disruptions.

▪️Israeli Mossad which keeps a hawk’s eye on Iran’s nuclear program noticed clandestine movement of materials from Pakistan to Iran.
▪️They found the Chief Security Officer ( a Shia ) of ex DG of ISI Faiz Hameed was involved. The same Faiz who is Imran Khan’s favourite and was seen having cup of tea with the Taliban in Kabul after the US fled.
