The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Defence is scheduled to meet on Monday at 3 PM.
The development follows a meeting between Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Prime Minister Narendra Modi at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg earlier today.
This comes a day after Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan briefed the Defence Minister on key measures being implemented to counter Pakistan in the wake of the deadly terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.
The development follows a meeting between Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Prime Minister Narendra Modi at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg earlier today.

34.81406, 72.35381 - Swat Air Base, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa region. Recent satellite imagery we have obtained shows no air defenses systems around the base, with at least 3 aircrafts present. The footage is new, as the base was closed for construction for almost 20 years, opened in early 2024 - according to Pakistani local news. Satellite images from over the two decades prove this too.We soon expect recordings from within Pakistan's nuclear facilities too.

India and France have finalized a government-to-government agreement for the procurement of 26 Rafale Marine fighter jets for the Indian Navy. The aircraft will belong to the Marine (M) variant.
