There's this new widget in 5.0. It's name, icon and tutorials are all empty as of v1.

Currently all I know about it is that it uses a certain consumable and (possibly) creates a certain piece of artifact.

You can obtain 1 of this consumable every BP phase, by unlocking Gnostic Hymn and reaching Lv26. It's icon is currently a placeholder (several pieces of paper).

Adjusted Fatui Skirmisher: Cryogunner Legionnaire's Ice Spray DMG. When the Spray DoT hits multiple times within 1s, its DMG will decline, decreasing to a minimum of 10% of its original DMG.

Prior to 5.0, his Ice Spray DoT does not decline.
