I feel this heavy on my heart, so I'm going to be obedient to share it.

The mainstream church is a mess. The church has a serious problem with turning a blind eye to serious issues when it comes to someone who is highly regarded, wealthy, and famous.

Too many churches are essentially social clubs, and only those of wealth or status climb the ranks to prominence. I have witnessed this first hand for decades. Don't make the mistake that I'm referring to one man whether past or present... this is a sickness in the Church. We have pastors who are rockstars, and hanging out with the world and the world LOVES them and feels no discomfort with them! Family, this should not be the case.

John 15:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

The fear of man has crept deeply into the Church. Why do you think we see so many "big names" in Christianity falling? Could it be that instead of standing for what was right and scriptural, men chose instead to please men and didn't speak up when they should have?

2 Corinthians 6:14-18
Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? 16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, 18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

It should NOT be about popularity, it should be about the Holy Spirit.
It should NOT be about money, it should be about the free gospel of grace!

If it doesn't line up with scripture, then it should be thrown out and not accepted. No one is above the Holy Word of God.

Galatians 1:6-10
I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: 7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. 10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.

Folks… we cannot tolerate ecumenicalism. The gospel is the point on which we CANNOT compromise.

There are many “golden calfs” that must be dealt with. I’m not going to fear man.

One of the reasons the church is in such a messed up state is that blind eyes are being turned and compromises are being made instead of standing inflexible for the gospel and biblical truth.

I hear it all the time… “ but so many have been helped by their ministry ” … “ look at all the good they have done”…

Good works, and big reputations are not an excuse to turn a blind eye and compromise.

Have you heard of the popular TV show “The Chosen”? Well… it is sadly ecumenical and unbiblical. We should NOT support it.

Have some people come to salvation because of The Chosen? No doubt, yes.

Have some been led astray and taught false doctrine by The Chosen? Yes.

Does that mean we turn a blind eye to false doctrine and ecumenicalism? Absolutely not.

Folks the ends do not justify the means. We cannot compromise on the gospel.
