Revelation 17:12-14
12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

In this section of scripture alone, we see a huge overview of time. It displays the rise of the 10 Kings, then they're handing over power to the antichrist (who also rises to power), and then their ultimate destruction at the second coming.

This is an overview that covers the entire seven year tribulation in just three verses.

It's impossible for Revelation 18 to be an “end of trib” event in my view.

The whore (mystery Babylon) is very clearly destroyed at beginning of the tribulation prior to the rise of the 10 kings and the rise of the antichrist.

We can see the pre-tribulation rapture therefore in Revelation 18:4.

Revelation 18:4
4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

With the push for genetic modification and merging with technology which is “transhumanism” we can see the continuation of Satan’s program to try and wipe out humankind.

This is the same exact thing that brought about the giants of old in the pre-flood world.

However, once again God will intervene before it’s too late. God will only allow 7 years and no more of the tribulation period.

Matthew 24:22
And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

And another thought comes to mind as well… C.S. Lewis was so very right when he penned these words in “The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe”…
