Hilda earlier surpassed the previous record set by Lata Tondon, an Indian chef, in 2019. Lata Tondon cooked for 87 hours, 45 minutes, and 00 seconds to break the previous title. However, Hilda set a new record at 8 p.m. on Monday, May 15, 2023. She cooked for 100 hours to set the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking hours by an individual.
