When choosing projects which I will hold at least mid-term and earn good money, I look for 4 things to consider:

1. Use-case: Is there a useful use-case and does it work 100%? ⛓️

2. How long the liquidity is locked. 6 months and above is always bullish signal for me. 🔐

3. Do previous projects of developer and team satisfy me? 📰

4. Does the dev like to sleep? If he likes it, I don't get into the project. 🛌
