قال الشيخ عبدالرحمن بن ناصر السعدي رحمه الله:

لا تثقن بكثرة العمل،
فإنك لا تدري يقبل منك أم لا.

ولا تأمن ذنوبك،
فإنك لا تدري هل كفرت عنك أم لا .

Ibn ‘Awn rahimahullāh said:

“Do not place your trust in the abundance of your deeds, for you do not know whether they will be accepted or not.

And do not feel secure from your sins, for you do not know whether they have been forgiven or not.”

قال الحافظ ابن رجب رحمه الله :

وكان السلف يوصون بإتقان العمل
وتحسينه دون الإكثار منه .

فإن العمل القليل مع التحسين والإتقان،
أفضل من الكثير مع الغفلة وعدم الإتقان .

“The righteous predecessors used to advise perfecting and improving one’s deeds rather than increasing them in quantity.

For a small deed performed with excellence and precision is better than many deeds done with heedlessness and lack of perfection.”

It has been confirmed that Eid Al-Fitr will be on Sunday 30th March in shā Allāh.

Make what’s left of the blessed month to ask Allāh ﷻ for forgiveness, being freed from the fire and that your actions are accepted.

قال الحافظ ابن عبد البر رحمه الله :

تقوىٰ الله عزوجل، واعتزال شرور الناس ،

ومن حسن إسلام المرء تركه ما لا يعنيه ،

ومن طلبه للناس فحوائج الناس كثيرة .

Al-Hāfidh Ibn ‘Abdil-Barr rahimahullāh said:

“The essence of all goodness is:

⏺️ Taqwā of Allāh, The Mighty and Majestic.

⏺️ Keeping away from the evils of people.

⏺️ And from the perfection of a person’s Islām is leaving that which does not concern him.

⏺️Whoever seeks knowledge for the sake of Allāh, a little will suffice him.

⏺️But whoever seeks it for the sake of people, then people’s needs are endless.”
