You can't root your pixel with QPR2 beta 2 with Magisk. Flashing the init_boot leads to bootloop. You can flash the original init_boot to boot normally again.

Wait till someone from Magisk team fixes it or don't update to QPR2 Beta 2 if you are someone who can't live without root.
