The baguette is a symbol of this, you cut it in half and offer your friends the other half.
So remember the meaning of Lent / Carême. Return to the simple things, to the essential things: family, friends, God.
Everything else is just dressing up, superfluous.
What really counts is to protect your family, to be a good friend and to serve your God.
