Our current information suggests that Mr. Reca will not be releasing in the next 3 (3.2-3.4) patches UNLESS he releases as a 5 star Unit. We actually believe there will be no 4 stars at all in 3.3 and it's unlikely there will be one in 3.4 but we'll see on that closer to the time.
