سنت ششم تبیین داشته است مواردی که مسیرِ ما را به انحراف می کشانند، بیشترِ اوقات همان ها هستند که ما برای تقویتِ وسواس به خویشتن موردِ استفاده قرار میدهیم. هر گاه از پندارهای بی پایه که چیزهایی خارج از وجودِ خودمان فضای خالیِ درونِ ما را پُر خواهند کرد دست برداریم، می توانیم از تغییر دادنِ ترکیبِ ابزارها به سلاح هایی که ما را نشانه گرفته اند، دست برداریم.
