Have you ever thought about what happened to CJ after the events of GTA: San Andreas?

All we know is that from time to time we could see some ads with luxury clothing brands in GTA IV, a couple of mentions of "OG Johnson from Los Santos", in the Fiver and that's it.

This honestly keeps me up at night sometimes. To me, CJ and Sweet were one of the best protagonists in the GTA series. They weren't ruthless killers or mafia goons or flat out sick in the head psychos. They were just some hood boys who went through some deep shit. At some point CJ bailed to Liberty City, only to basically leave his mom and brother on their own. But when he came back he did the right thing: he showed up, he joined the fight and he reunited the families, making some crazy money along the ride.

But that was it: unlike his brother Smoke, CJ wasn't a diehard hood rat. This was the source of tension between the brothers. They loved each other but they sort of kind of despised each others worlds. But at some point they both ruled Los Santos: Sweet from his crib on Grove Street and CJ from his mansion in the Vinewood.

So what happened? What the hell happened? Did CJ got his out? Was he gunned down by some Ballas fools? Or did he pulled a Michael Townley, put his homie's body in a shallow grave and just bailed?
