Summary of writ filed before hon'ble Gujarat High Court for extension of due date. The matter was heard today, prima facie it looks that the court might grant extension. While Mr Soparkar Sir was arguing, Court asked Department's counsel (Mrs Mauna Bhatt) to see to it that the genuine tax payers do not face difficulties, she was asked to take instructions from department if extension can be granted in this matter, to which ahe replied that infact some instructions are expected today.
