Due to glitches of GSTN system and it's technical problems since implementation of GST, tax payers and professionals are facing lot off difficulties and problems. Inspire of repeteative representations of various Bar Associations, but the Government has not taken it very seriously.

Therefore, today i.e. On 24/10/2017 GSTBA has called meeting of all associate members of Gujarat State wherein certain resolution and decision have been taken by all representatives of State of Gujarat to protest against such technical problems and issues. Out of these the first programe which is carried out as under.

1st programe *"Surprise Programe"*

*Date* : 27/10/2017 Friday

*Time* : 11:00 pm to 02:30 pm

*Process* : Filing of online online return of GSTR-2 and GSTR-2A for July 2017.

1⃣ To be filed with help of district level *"Suvidha Kendra"* of SGST authority and CGST authority.

2⃣ You are requested to share photos videos on social media.

3⃣ Also requested to submit appropriate letter to respective authorities and get acknowledgement of the same and submit all proof to *gstbar@yahoo.com*

4⃣ During visit to Suvidha Kendra please carry JSON file of GSTR-2A,. Excel file of GSTR-2 in CD or pendrive.

5⃣ Please ask your client to be present during your visit to Suvidha Kendra. Our client should understand the actual process of filing of GSTR-2 and to GSTR-2A.
